I would also like to suggest Almond Milk.. Since trying it I no longer like soy.. I just love almond milk! And it is only 40 cal/serving...

I am also totally against it.. I did it for 6 days with eating only raw food for 3 days prior.. and all it did for me was make it hard to get back on a healthy eating schedule. It really send my tummy for a loop.. |

Natural popcorn is great.. I like to put Nutritional Yeast on top (as a butter sub) You can eat an entire bag with less then 200 cal! |

love yoga.. at first I didn't. It takes a little while to get into the groove and learn the moves and names of the moves but once you do it is great.. I just go to 24 hour fitness and the class before yoga is usually a cardio or weight training.. so after I stay and do the yoga.. and from my experience their, yoga is intense.. I sweat so much.. I actually made my boyfriend go. He mocked me at first but he was sweating more then me and admitted that he got a great workout..

awe man! you are in a really sticky situation.. feed her some oysters and get it on! and if you do go to therapy (my suggestion) go to a sex therapist, they know more in that area. You two need to talk.. Best of luck.. |

Risotto Di Mare, Jumbo shrimp, mussels and scallops simmered in a tomato seafood broth.. I say this one over the salmon only b/c it is in a better (seems to be lower cal.) broth..

I have been raised on soymilk.. and if you like a more rich flavor i suggest Vitasoy! It used to be the only soy i would drink... I was introduced to Almond milk about a year ago and I love it.. I will never do soy again.. Almost milk is the way to go!!!!!!!! Unsweetened vanilla!! and like they said above.. ONLY 40 calories!! Another thing that is so great about these products is that you can keep them in the cupboard until you open them, so when they are on sale I load up.. Good luck, |

I am totally in the same boat! I was 143-144 and am down to 128. I feel that I look okay, but now that I am down 15 lbs to 128. I really don't feel much thinner then the 140s..( I know I am tho) My silly brain I guess.. I have been thinking about it more and more.. My initial goal was 115 ( im 5'4) but now I think I am leaning more toward 120 for my goal and hope to just stay healthy after that.. *sigh* confused.. |

I am 24f and take a Natures Made womans multi vitamin(also) and a B vitamin Complex.. The B helps me get an energy boost in the middle of the day and also keeps me from getting fever blisters! :D |

I'll join please.. 24 5'3"1/2 Oct 26, 2008 143/144 March 10, 2009 goal of 115 as of today I weighed myself and I am 129lbs! I am so happy to be under 130.. I am really looking forward to 125! Then 120! And hopefully 115, but I will be happy with 120. It would be a total loss of 28lbs.. As I look at myself now I can't even imagine myself with 14 extra lbs on me.. Where did it all come from.. I feel great fit in my skinny jeans perfect now. No more "muffin top"! Ugh I hate that word.. Good post.. Jenna |

I think once a week is good, but sometimes I do more.. especially the day or two before "weigh in" to see if I need to step it up a notch or not.. |

I have noticed with myself that when i drink coke zero I tend to crave sweet things more, and it also makes me more hungy. I thought OOO get rid of my sweet tooth by having a zero but it worked the opposite for me.. So my advice is to cut back on the Coke Zero and try to just have more water and tea. *shrug* |

What I do is think of the NOW. That is the only thing that you are in control of. Not the past. Also get all bad foods that you don't want to binge on out of the house and don't buy them. If they are not there you can't eat them. Healthy binging isn't as satisfying so you end up doing it less and less.. This sounds like crap but I chomp down on celery (which I don't really even like) and then get over eating. I have also been drinking lots of yummy teas.. My fav. is the blueberry one. Try it! |
