but as an added bonus, you can toast bread in the bacon grease and have a side of bacon grease toast. my wife does that. we cut the bread into small pieces and use it to bribe the dogs. works better than raw hamburger. |

i get up and go straight to the gym in the morning and do my half hour on the treadmill. i am not hungry at all until an hour later. then i have 2-3 cups of coffee with 1/2 cup 2% milk in them. my metabolism is plenty cranked up after a good sweat first thing in the morning. its not much of a breakfast but i get by.
