breakfast: bagel toasted with 1 tbsp butter, hot tea

lunch: 6 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, honey mustard, light mayo on a low carb wrap, 1/2 banana choc. chip muffin, one diet coke

afternoon snack: white toast with slice of white american cheese, tomatoes, and hummus spread, apple slices, another piece of cheese

dinner: to be decided still...i don't know what i'm in the mood for!

lunch: three slices of turkey breast wrapped around american cheese & a bag of original baked lays & a piece of crumb cake

snack: strawberries & pretzels

dinner: salad with baby lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion & miso glazed sea bass with steamed vegetables ... so yummy!

4hgirl - my bmi actually says I'm healthy at around 20.25.  I'm not really trying to lose so much weight, I'm just trying to tone my body and get rid of the jiggly-ness in my thighs and arms.  As for eating enough...I ate around 1100 calories yesterday because I totally had a bum day where I did nothing.  Today I'm working out so I upped the calories a bit :).  I feel like my metabolism is really slow and nothing I eat gets burned off...it sucks.

breakfast - toasted bagel with 1/2 tbsp. butter & coffee with 2 tbsp. half and half

snack - a blowpop 

lunch - honey maple turkey breast, 1 slice cheddar cheese, red onion, lettuce, tomato on wheat bread with a little mayo and honey mustard

dinner - salad with lots of baby lettuce, cucumber, avocado, red onion, tomatoes, golden raisins, and one hard boiled egg crumbled in with balsamic vinaigrette dressing - i had 3 servings! but it's okay, everything is very healthy :)

Breakfast: black coffee, poptart

Lunch: edamame soybeans and green salad with ginger dressing

Dinner: grilled chicken & chopped salad with romaine, cucumbers, peppers, celery, and onion

Snack: 4 chocolate raspberry sticks

so the poptarts weren't a very healthy breakfast, but hey, life's too short to fret over 400 calories :)
