I was on the ciggarettes and pepsi diet... I was also a homeless, starving writer. It worked... and It felt alright... but now that I can afford food it's much better. :)

"Get a job."

That's really rude. If court had $1000 to loan, what makes you think they don't have a job? Its tough getting to work when your car breaks down, or sufferring a sudden financial loss because of someone you thought you could trust.

There's also such a thing as tact...

I think anyone can have a great relationship with their butt-- mine is totally huge, but I've accepted it, toned it, and I enjoy it.

It's part of me, and I'm a beautiful person inside and out. We all are! We just need to believe it.

I know that situation!

Try selling things on craigslist or to second hand stores. If you can live without it, get rid of it! I sold my jewellry, books, DVDs, video games, manga, books, everything worth anything went. iPods and laptops are replaceable, and being homeless sucks. I should know...

Barter with someone to fix your car--I've had my car fixed three times this year by an old friend's boyfriend. For free. If you befriend the right people you can get great deals. Offer to cook for someone/trade valuables in exchange.

Take any odd jobs you can find--babysit, pet sit, help people pack up before a move, anything!

Hope that helps!

Yogurt contains probiotics, which is actually just a better word for processed human feces.

I literally met a man named Nobody at a local bar... and when I worked in jewellery sales at a mall I met a guy whose actual name was Wiserman Always 50. He even showed me his licence; he vowed to stop aging at 50 years old, and had more metal on his face than anyone else I ever met.

I'd love to tie my roommate to his brand new bed next time he sleeps naked... and leave him there.

It's an unfortunate situation for you and your friend, but sadly we as humans can't just be told things like that. She needs to learn it herself.

If you're into music, try talking to people before/after concerts--I've met some awesome people that way, including a few guys that were in the band (lol, they were really underground at the time, so that particular band just hung out with everyone after the show).

Try to stick to things you like: rock walls, casinos, trail rides, whatever. It's honestly the best way to meet like-minded people.

"i know emo stands for emotional..."

--I know this was a few pages back, but it bothered me. Emo is short for emotive hardcore, a genre of music not currently associated with the 'emo lifestyle'.

Also, women have been wearing pants for a few decades now, so why shouldn'y guys wear women's clothes if thats what they're into? Labels are silly anyways.
