i just get bored especially if im not in school at the time caugh caugh (winter break) even though i just had lunch and i am not hungry... my snacking is insatiable! |

how do you guys deal with alcohol at school? I am not much of a drinker.. i m just curious.. how or what u do to avoid those sneaky calories |

some times i do two work outs if i have the time 1. around 3:00 of about 300 cals on the elyptical and one at about 8:00 for 200 cals i like to do both cuz those are my boredom times ... so it keeps me from snacking. I am from wisconsin.. no clue about the elevation! haha |

hey there, My name is melissa, I havent exactly gained the freshman fifteen...I have stayed around the same weight through highschool because of dancing and moderate work outs. I lost about 15 lbs over the summer before starting school and have gained 5 back since september. I am just not quite happy with the way i look though and am trying to loose about 20~ looking forward to talking to those in the same situation! ~melissa height: 5'10" starting weight: 165 Current weight: 158 Goal weight: 140... eventually mid 130's exercise: 4-5 times a week on an elyptical
