SW 175 Last week 174.5 CW 174.5 No loss, no gain. Honestly, I'm wondering if my body just hasn't had a chance to show a change. I ate and drank like a maniac this past week. I was traveling and ate out every meal and drank at least 2 drinks at every dinner and only worked out once. I was totally expecting at least a +2lb gain. |

SW 175 CW 174.5 Lost .5 So frustrating. Better than gaining though! I'm nervous this week because I will be traveling for work for four days. Everyone have a great week! |
