When you have those types of lunches you have to prepare for the worst. Try cutting back on calories for one meal that way you'll have room for lunch ( even the cookie). But sometimes you have to except the fact that you have to cut some foods out. |

At those types of place I let my plate be the guide. I fill half the plate with vegetables then I split the other side of the plate up with meat and starch. But its seem like you did well!! |

How can eating more calories for one day be harmful when you have to eat more calories to maintain your weight once you reach your goal. |

I heard that if you eat your mantanace calories every 10-15 days It will aid in weight lost. I don't know how true it is I haven't tried it |

No I don't think 400 cal breakfast is too much. I eat a 200-300 breakfast myself. Some people eat more. You have to do what works for your body. Personally I don't think you friend is eating 1200 cal because that what I eat and I eat way more than that!!!! |

Well my calorie intake is 1250 and the only thing I ate today is a sonic bacon cheese burger and fries. Thats close to a 1000 calories!!1 All I can do is pick it up and try again. Yes I hold myself very accountable for this. |

I use to be a vegetarian a long time ago. Sadly I never stop craving meat. Then a friend ask me why I made this decision. And I said duh to eat healthy and lose weight. She said just because you don't eat meat doesn't mean you eat healthy and you'll lose weight. you still eat the same things you just took meat out. and then she said you still craving meat, so your reasons aren't strong enough to keep you motivated. She really pissed me off but after thinking about it she was right and I eat meat now. I didn't start eating meat because she disapproved but she made me realize I was doing it for the wrong reasons. |

A grill cheese sandwich, a cup of coffee with sugar and cream, pringles smart flavors, cheese, turkey slices, pickled orka, more pringles, crystal light, a bag of low-cal popcorn, half of a turkey sandwich, more crystal light I haven't had a snack yet it will probably be 2 100 cal. packs and some water. |

Yea I eat a brand of popcorn like this. It is just two serving per bag. It's 140 calories so like 260 for the whole bag!!!! |

The one thing I miss Is nothing at all because I work it all in. Don't get me wrong I eat healthy but I mix it up. Thats what get me motivated!!! |

I am the biggest chocolate lover!!!!! Dark chocolate is my favorite because of the flavor. I can eat less and feel satified then with milk chocolate. I like white chocolate but I have to have a craving for it. when I have a die hard chocolate craving it's like a slap in the face. |

You find out what your daily calorie usage is then you subtract 300 calories from that and that the medium you eat three times a week. Then you add 500 to the medium this is what you eat on a high day twice a week. The you subtract 200 from your medium and this is you low you eat twice a week. and you cycle between the high, medium, and low days through out the week. It is your choice which days is which |

Today I ate for breakfast a whole can of apricots and 1/4 cup grapefruit juice 305 calories lunch 1 packet of bananas and cream oatmeal 204 calories (1/2 tbsp light butter and a tbsp french vanilla cream included) snack a brownie snack cake 190 calories dinner 1 cup of chilli 1/2 rice 12fl oz sprite zero and two tbsps trail mix 351 calories |
