Foods Too much fruit a bad thing? Jun 11 2009

I love fruit too! I'm addicted. My favourites are watermelon, grapes and strawberrys. Fruit is an great option but don't only eat fruits because you need protein and fats too.

I made a change in my eating habits, i used to eat whole grain bread and turkey for breakfast but now i eat a cup of diced watermelon, some celery and an apple. And loads of green tea. I save about 150 calories and i don't have to feel guilty about eating fruit. For lunch and dinner i have something high in protein and between the meals i snack on some grapes and a pear or an apple.

But keep a food diary, there you can see how much calories you actually are eating. I find my diary very helpful and it has taught me a lot about nutrition and diets!

Actually, muscles weigh more than fat and that's probably why you've gained. Soon your muscles will start burning fat and you'll probably start losing. Take it easy :)

I would say it takes 1 - 2 months to lose 10 lbs. It depends on how much you work out. You shouldn't overdo it cause in that case you will be exshausted and tired. But go to the gym or for a walk 3 times a week or do pilates. And drink tons of water!!

hahhaaa, i  count as well how many i've kissed. I think everybody does. Right now I'm on my magic number 8.

Anyway, I was 16. It was amazing. I had been in love with the guy for like a million years and I was so happy. I couldn't stop shakin'. He was a very good kisser. Sad to say, I've learnt that truly great kissers are hard to find.

Make ur own hummus! It's so easy and tastes good. Just take a tin of chick-peas (about 200 grams) and blend it in a mixer with a clove of garlic, about 4 tbsp olive oil and juice from 1 lemon. It really is that simple! You can eat it on bread or dip veggies in it! You must try carrots dipped in hummus, it's so delicious =)
