OMG! guys i've been gone foe sooo long :/
I gained three pounds >=/
i dunno.. my friend lost 10 lbs more than me... ugh! i can't believe it... and i've been walking a lot ;x i have been eatting late though... and she doesn't eat at night..and take melatonin when she is hungry ...so thats not good ... but now im 236 >=/ i feel like i will never leave this 230 marksss ugh i wanna be 219 or soemthing....geez... ;x then 180...i can't wait... ugh...well anyways whats up with everyone else? |

yeahhh! :) guys i did not work out today nor will i work out tomorrow but i walked for 1:15 mins lol and i did not eat much today because im not feel too hungry :/ which is wierrrd lol im always hungry... but still trying guys ... still going at it! lol

jess im so with you! i lost 20 lbs and its sooo easy to forget how that feels... but you know what jess? you can tell by your everyday movememnt.. like before i used to hate bending over... even to tie my shoes because i was scared of what people behind me would say...so i'd wait until i found somewhere to sit down.. then tie them :/ i know it sounds bad... or i would never pick up anythign at the pharmacy without getting on my knees.. because i was too big to bend over... oh my gosh ;x that's how i felt.. too big to bend over...
:) but now we are light and more fit... and sexier ..yes i said it...we are sexier [confident]! |

GUYS GUYS! that word... plateau!!! im on it >=/ i've been 231 since march 3.. and 232 when it was 2-24 >=/ so what's up? my eatting is good my work out is good... am i missing something? i switched it up mid month... no results... im not giving up though ;x i just wanted to vernt |

babes.. no worries... i haven't even steped on the scale yet tell you the truth im kinda scared... but i know when i do... its reality.. but sometimes that happens... you know what try not working out for like 4 days... just walk... dont stress yourself because maybe your body is used to it? |

i love this thread.... we are all trying to get under 100 lbs... or lost those last couple of lbs! its okay though lol
and i think im dorky because I'd be at the grocery store texting up a storm! but you know something it helps A LOT! because i never knew that lunchables were bad for you.. or coconut milk.. and now i dont eat lunchables and a have reduced the amount of coconut milk in my food!
:) i ate tacos though guys... i went over my friends and eat tacos. >=/ which means a rigorious work out manana! |

ketly! thanks and honestly i found that "dieting" doesn't work for me... i would lose 10 tens here and there and gain 20 lbs... so i've decided to honestly and truly change my lifestyle of eatting... when i did (still am) i noticed how much junk food my house eat... and understood that's why i kept getting big.. like we would eat DDs for breakfast... burgerking for lunch.. and order from a sub shop [calzones.. pizza.. buffalo wings] and i was like wow.. now i say to myself i dont eat fast food... when i say fast food i mean BK and Mcdonalds and wendy's.. all that stuff.. anything with a drive through basically...and i dont drink soda.. never really did.. but i have encourparated a lot of water in my diet... i mean everyone here would tell you i eat.. i mean i cheat a lot but i never stop.... i keep up with my food intake.. and i use the CC thingie over the phone.. lol like a dork.. but i do work out now a lot more vigourosusly i mean im still big so i get tired ;x but i still try my best.. i want to be 199 .. just to see what that number looks like on the scale... now i cook my own food.. im always googling "healthy meals" and find a lot of things... oh and fruit..i eat fruit too... a lot more than i used to :) i really want to lose this weight and keep it off!!!!

personally i do enjoy running outside, i love the distance around my house its perfect i tried running this past sunday but the sad things was... i can only run for 15 mins then i just want to walk... or "walk fast" which makes me so mad :/ because i really do... and i want to try that 8 week thing.. i would LOVE to run a half marathon.. that is a dream of mine... after being able to wear a bikini lol...I have always like running but i hate being out of breathe.. my shins would hurt >=/ ugh.. but im not going to give up!

omg im with you guys lol
um vron i read that already and im sorry but i really enjoyed it but i think my teacher taught it in a way where i could understand it :) but i love the idea of "willie 'low-man'" and how he was so confused and i think that that idea is so true sometimes.. like we want soo badly to be one way that we convince ourselfs lol i was just thinking of the way he said.
sigh.. my favorite class was lit...
anywho... mds oh my god... my dream is to be able to run.. i really want to be able to get on a treadmill and run there for a min of 45 mins ...one day one day >=/ i want to be able to do that by august because i get a lot of tummy cramps when i run i dont know how to fix that >=/ besides stopping.. do you think your body get used to it that's why people can hold out for so long?.. because that hurts.. i mean now i can run for 15 mins and stop maybe once lol... but i do try.. but after 15 mins im on the elliptical lol

no jk jk but anywho... i know what you mean about the weight >=/ at my lowest the i can remeber [being out of hs.. let's not even talk about hiigh school] I was 226... oh my gosh ...i wasn't small small but i could look in the mirror and say i was "thick" ... okay then i dont know what happened but in 3 months i went up to 251... i had no idea O.O .. and i could tell that i gained weight but no that much.. now im at 231 >=/ im like geez im just truing to get into the 20s now... i can't wait to pass my 226 mark.. my goal is to be 180.. before it was 160 but i think i'd be too small there... and i still want to be thick ;x i just dont want that extra fat on my lower tummy ;x sorry to be so graphic but its true! it makes me feel so insecure :T I mean i know i can do because i have done it before when i went frmo 267 to 226 in a year ... i did A LOT of walking though almost everyday i would walk to my job which was 45 mins and i went to the gym.. and i was eatting good... i just need to understnad that this is life permanant... life changing and yeah i eat sweets but i try to only have enough [i know right what's enough?] lol.
but thats why were here fore the support and honestly this group helps me out so much :) i come on and i read your post and notice that we are all going through the same stress... regardless of our size...[we differ from each other]
and vron you are SUCH an inspiration to me that i can do this :) ... that it is possible to stick to it and complete it |

i needa start being strict with myself now... im still eatting well but i could be doing better... im making "smarter choices" in every meal i have... instead of orange chicken and rice i eat tofu and oyster sauce with veggies... :/ last nighti had steak and onions [not a lot] it was kinda salty so im not too happy about that... and i realize that i should be drinking more water!... i just love juice ;x oh my gosh..i hate soda not even a fan of alcohol... but i love juice.. i could love off of it for ever |

guys i've been doing kinda sorta good [i cheated here and there] but im really back on track.. i lost my 20 again so now im at 231 :) yayyyy! i can not wait to be 226 again [believe it or not but that was the smallest i was and i wore a size 14] because i have a small body frame ...i can not wait till im 180 :) |

lol i started listening to country music... oh my god.. i think i love it.. maybe just for this week lol we'd have to see how things go
umm i lost 4 lbs :) yay... so now im like 233 [again] lol but i think that i can push to 226 :) i've been eatting better ;x although today i eat mussels and liguini lol but i know i was under 1500 cal today so i guess thats okay.. no veggies today tho :/ and omfglucyp... i know what you mean..i walk like tons and tons aa day i walk to my job which is like 45 min... i walk to school another 45 mins i walk to the gym from my house 30 mins from school 15 mins.. somtiems i walk home from work.. and i still work out and its like geez... with all this walking i dont even eat that much lol... but my weight will go up...and im a technitian which means i am never sitting down im always walking around getting medications going to the register... ect... i just dont know what that means.... :/ i really want to lose this weight guys... its so aggravating lol |

but yea guys i hate feeling like that too... when my friends are gone :/ im just like blah what do i do... and your soooo cool lafoutlod for backingpacking through europe... that is soooo cool. and best of luck to you. when i am finished with school im going to cali [san fran] and i want to be able to travel and see new things... i think being a pharmacist is so perfect because the pay is not bad and i still get to have family i call it the "mommy" job.
personally vron i can not wait till i get to that point where i can say to myself that 'im not going to eat that because it looks unhealthy' i mean i can kinda do it now like i have given up fast food :) and i mean it... now i say i dont eat fast food... once in a while i will have a chicken salad wrap from john's roast beef [but that's only on the week-ends/ my day off] its the perfect dinner for me i LOVE it ......i'm going to weigh myself tommorw and see what happens =/ hopefully i lost one extra lb :T im hoping |

guys ive been gone! my aunt moved in so i can barly get to my computer in my room lol... :/
but my diet has been HORRIBLE but i lost 21 lbs if that makes any sense... i weigh myself tomorrow... eww!!! so im hoping that im still losing because my gym work out are pretty intensive on a scale of 1 to 10 ten being super hard... i think im at a 7 ... lol so pretty intensive suits it... i run a lot more... but my diet has slowly been going back into what it has....

vron what are you going to do as an english major... i was an english major freshman year lmao... then i was like ugh... i'd rather do tons of math then tons of reading.. although i alway did extremely well in my english courses in high school... i was always able in interpret what other's were writing... im glad i changed but i now i can't spell anything anymore... you dont use it.. you lose it .. |

OH my gosh!! loveddd ittt! read it... twice... you'd want to.. i swear its an amazing book... it just shows impowerment of women.. because really every bad guy wants a good girl... and if he doesn't want you... then you'd know immeditaly and wont waste your time... okay like i know this one girl who dated this guy for a while and followed the rules of the book and then he kept calling her and calling her... then she dated someone else [because she didn't like the guy] and decided to get caught up... and he ended up ditching her.. [smh] and all we could do was talk about what would have happened if she tried something from the book... I am sorry it may be self help or whatever.. but that book was absolutly amazing... .. i might read it again |

good news guys :)
i weighed myself i could help it i just felt like i was losing weight.... so it said 230 :) yayyyy!! i lost a 21 lbs ...making that a grand total of 37 lbs!! [from my heaviest weight] i still have about 50 lbs to go but i just think that thats awsome :) im so excited... i'm going to make it! im going to soon be 180 [dancing] i can not believe i started this at 251 :/ you guys are such a big help! *group huggz* |

omg alanna me too ;x its so good but so bad at the same time...
im like okay so this has 300 cal per serving... but less carbs.... and this one has 200 but more carbs hmmm... lol and as far as the cereal goes... i usually have eggs.. but i used to eat cinnomon toast crunch (75 percent less sugar) because I love it :) love it love it love it...
i think that in the morning should not really matter THAT MUCH what you eat... because you would have burned if off by the time you go to bed... im waiting for vron's answer lol |
