bah. not good. just for giggles, i weighed myself[which is kind of dumb because i weighed myself two days ago] and i went from supposedly 291 to 293. i dunno what to believe since as i said, my scale is wonky...however, this hasn't been a good week for me.

 

its that TOM and i've been extremely bloated and emotional. today i freaked out and had a breakdown because i found out some financial issues that might come back and screw me over, so i was upset about that. my dad decided to be nice and pick me up from work, and he decided to be not nice and buy me mcdonalds for dinner. however, i was incredibly upset so i ate it anyways.

 

i dunno if my scale is right, or if its just messed up but this has been an incredibly bad week to start trying to to lose weight but its not going to keep me down.

ugh. i just bought a new pair of pants two weeks ago when i got paid, already they keep starting to fall down. bah. i need to get a belt. i hate belts! either way, i've kind of stopped drinking pop. our fruit punch at work tastes nasty, but i added a little carbonated water and it tastes good. i know going from pepsi to carbonated fruit punch isn't the greatest, but its weening me, so whatever.

 

i've also decided that i'm going to weigh myself on thursdays from now on. i work at a fast food restaurant and i'm broke so my options are...eat at work and eat at work. i tried to find the least...bad for you food and i came up with a grilled chicken sandwich. it normally comes with cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, and green peppers and chicken strips. i don't like onions, mushrooms, or peppers so i just had the chicken, cheese, and the bun. i got half way through it and i was full! i've never gotten full on half of a sandwich like that before. its crazy. i think its saying something that i've been watching my calorie intake and everything its actually helping me curb my appetite, get full faster. its weird. lol.

mladdy: has going veg helped you lose weight or was it just a personal choice? has it helped you lose weight?

 

ps. i bet i know whats in that apple pie drink. i tried it a few years ago and i hated it. the lady that made it put way to much cinnamon in it! yuck.

i almost don't want to go with it, but i weighed myself on sunday and i was at 297. i weighed myself a minute or two ago and i'm at 291. my scales always been a bit wonky, but i'm gonna go with it.

currently i have $0 to my name lol. and with christmas and bills, and not making a whole lot, i honestly have no money left over from my pay check afterwards to afford propel and stuff. however, i can chug those sams club[or walmart brand...same thing] flavored waters like nobodys business. the only downfall with those is that since they're carbonated they make me burp a lot. lol.

booster: i chew gum like my life depends on it. the only problem with cutting down on the pop is that i hate water because it has no flavor, and i dont like pink lemonade or the brand of fruit punch we have, which eliminates all other beverage choices =[

I'm 5'9'' which is close enough to you I suppose. lol. Currently, I'm terribly overweight. I stepped on my step-mom's scale and I was at 297. ugh. According to the thing on here, my 'ideal weight' is 140's but I'd be happy to be under 200 seeing as I can't remember the last time I was under 200.

Hi guys, I actually just joined. I'm not quite 20, but I'll be 20 soon. I definitely have a big weight problem. I'm currently at 297 and I hate every last pound of it. The worst part is, I essentially have the same eating habits as when I was younger....and skinny! I was skinny up until about 5th grade. When I was younger I was outside playing all the time, riding my bike, playing, etc. Then in 5th grade my parents got divorced and I got extremely depressed and I gave up on going outside and being active. I ended up sitting inside, watching tv or sitting on the computer and thus began my downward spiral into my excessive weight gain. According to this, my ideal weight its 140's...but to be honest, I'd be happy to be down under 200 seeing as I can't remember the last time I was under that. My big problem with this though is, I work in a restaurant as a cook, so food is always around me and when we're not busy I end up constantly snacking. I know that is one thing I've got to stop. Another thing I know I should do, but will be considerably harder is either quit, or drastically cut back on pop/soda. At home, I generally don't drink anything or if I do, it's Iced Tea. However, at work I drink nothing but pop...most of the time 2 or 3 32 oz. cups atleast. So, that's pretty much my story, and what I've got so far. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated =]
