Hot Krispy Cream donuts. I'm just glad I don't live anywhere near the place. But if someone brings them into the office, it's all over. I could probably eat half the box in 20 minutes. They're just so tasty and warm. MMMMMMM! |

Hi everyone, I was looking through the posts and I thought this one is perfect for me!!! I'm 25 and weigh 226.5lbs (the most I've ever weighed) as of this morning. Like some of you all, I have always struggled with my weight since I was a child. When I was in my senior year of high school, I got my weight down to the 170s and was wearing size 12s. When I went off to college, the weight gradually started to come back on. I would fight through it to maintain, but alas, it all came back. Once I graduated, I went on Weight Watchers and lost 25lbs. Then I started grad school and it has all been downhill since then. My ultimate goal is to loose about 67lbs. But my mini goal is to get out of the 200s by my birthday. I'm taking it day by day, with really no time to exercise b/c I work full time, go to my internship every evening till about 8 at night, and am in class all day on Saturdays. I need some support. So if anyone is interested in teaming up, just send me a message. My boyfriend and I have made a bet to lose out weight, but we're not in the same town so we can only motivate each other over the phone. Thanks. miasmommy20. |
