Do not deprive yourself of your favourite food because that may lead to binging. Eat a small amount of chocolate everyday and eat a proper amount of salad with minimal dressing. Eating your greens will lean meat will ensure that you will get protein, too. :D |

I can never eat heavy breakfasts. My appetite is sluggish in the morning and if I eat a lot for breakfast, I will feel bloated and stuffed. I always balance out my calories so I will eat lots of small and regular meals. |

You can drink a glass of fresh juice or eat a small bowl of frozen fruits to fill you up. :) Anything with fibre is pretty filling too. |

I don't think it's entirely possible to avoid stretchmarks. Lotions and creams are available off the shelf but they aren't exactly 100% effective too. Surgery seems like the best option, really. |

I retain A LOT of water all the time! I guess it is how our bodies work. :\ I feel very uncomfortable when I am having my period, because the water retention gets so bad that I will feel like I have gained a billion pounds. |

A month or so ago, I had an average of four to five hours of sleep per night and ate a lot of sugary foods. I gained 4lbs in a week and my tummy was constantly bloated. I believe that the more sleep one has, it is less likely that he or she will overeat/gain weight. |

I will only feel like throwing up if I take in too much sugar. Sugar has a weird effect on us - it feels good eating it but the aftermath can be very dreadful. |

Hi all, it has been a rough week for me. I sort of went over my calories at 2pm and it is 5:36pm now. I have a long day in school tomorrow with a billion assignments to complete AND it does not help that I have a driving test in the morning. :\ I have never thought of myself to be an emotional eater but I was going crazy and all I wanted was more cakes and fried prawns.. |

If you starve yourself, you'll lose at first then your weight will hit a terrible plateau which gets very annoying. Increase your calories but not too much.. |

Yesterday, I was greedy and was craving for food so I spent an hour painting my fingernails and toenails. The craving went away eventually. The feeling of overcoming your craving is amazing. :) You can try walking around the house, do something engaging like play an exciting videogame, paint (get all your brushes and colours out so you'll take a long time to clean up), play a sport with a family member, etc. Keep yourself busy! |

I'd prepare my luch the night before so I can sleep in. :P I'm a sandwich person so I'll always grab random ingredients to put in between slices of wholemeal bread. My favourite ingredients are hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, peanut butter, Nutella, strawberry or bluerry jam and canned tuna. If I've got absolutely none of these ingredients or I'm way too busy, I'd just grab a few digestive biscuits or cookies. At least they keep me going throughout the day. |
