So count me in . I have never join a challenge like this and hopefully I try harder this time around, I was 236 about 3 yrs ago and go down to 165 but gain weight so now am at 186..but 10 lbs will be good ..so I will report here or where??? everyday in june and lets all be healthy by the end of summer...no bikinis here but would love to be smaller!Laughing

Tongue outso why is food our enemy..its like some people eat a cow and are so skinny and am just inhaling air and then i gain three more pounds...but maybe u should try some fun exercises...am started doing this cariodake with billi blanks son in it and the flirty girls dance and they are fun and by the time i finish am done with my hour of exercise..but motaviation will probably come from only YOU! and people who have been there!

CoolTry to do some good exercise so your skin does not hang..I was 236 and now 175+ and its gonna be like you fell that you deflated...skin will hang and it eventually your body will get thinner but I lost from my face, arms and legs before my tummy and i still have loose skin..so either lippo or just do as much ab work as you can...or wear something with lycra it always helps and it more cheaper than a $10,000 job. Good Luck..I know you can do it!

Hope your surgery goes well, because I think eventually you will have it because I suffered with a bad gallbladder for two years , thats how I lost about 70 lbs because I did not eat any fat or very little fat because milk, meat, nuts or some kinds of breads made my stomach hurt for 10 to 12 hours specially after 10pm..it was horrible because I went to the ER 5 times and those times they would send me home saying it was acid reflux then a doctor told me it was a fatty liver and they assumed I drink to much..but I don't drink at all. So for those two years I took it upon myself to make a bad diet to help me feel better only eating veggies, fruits, and fish (sometimes) and it worked (sometimes) and then thank God I had surgery this past August and got rid of my gallbladder, I was in so much pain that I had to a stone removed through my mouth that was in between my pancreas and gallbladder and then the removed it after 5 days of fasting..they could not give me anything to eat because I would vomit..So if I was you I would have all the exams available so you dont go through the hell I went through..Good Luck!

Sometimes you have to check your digestive system..if you don't poop normal which is 2-3 times a day or every time you eat , you should have a bowel movement...you should clean your colon..you can clean it with many ways but eating fiber everyday helps alot..don't get fustrated..maybe you eat too many fats or sugars...always balance your diet with al the foods..eating breakfast can help also...It takes time and dont give up...I did it and I was always fat...the first year I lost 45 lbs just changing small habits...no more cokes nor diet cokes...lots of water, fish of all kinds (limit shrimp cuz it has too much fat) whole grains, milk products are good, and all the food on the food pyramid, and I walked 30 minutes everyday..but if you are looking to loose weight fast its not gonna happen..slow is better and sometimes it feel like nothings happening but your body is getting healthy..it took me to loose weight two years now and i lost total of 60+lbs...DONT GIVE UP..GOOD LUCK!

CoolIf I was you, I had asked them back if they where pregnant...Some people are just rude!  But like marmarl said turn this around and go for it, I use to be 236 and now am 173...If I could do it so can you ...I was always fat and happy but sickness came and made me loose weight ...so dont wait to get sick and then you really have to loose the weight..do it gradually and always reward yourself but not with food but buying something new or a manicure...I know you can do it ..GOOD LUCK!

My mom says you should always eat breakfast..and she is 54 and looks damn good! so I do..one of my grandmas cancer doctors once had a case that a lady got stomach cancer because all of her life  she never ate breakfast...so I believe its very important...maybe a light breakfast with everything..include friuts and even veggies..like eat an omelet with veggies and egg..its easy to make...but its your choice..good luck!

Cool maybe have a sandwich! I eat this sometimes when am really hungry! Its okay to eat...all the fruit sometimes makes you more hungry because of the sugars...try looking for recipes online and try other foods...you should try all the food pyramid and if you dont know what that is..look for it online..I have a copy on my fridge and remind myself to eat along the guidelines of it..meat is okay and other stuff..try lean cuts or organic products for the best choice and some cake does not hurt sometimes...because theres alot of choices out there for healthy meals..good luck!

Cool I f you go out to any restaurant, I always order what I want and only eat half and ask for a doggy bag before I eat anything..because most dinner servings are two serving that you should eat...and I save the rest for later for my next meal or lunch...I got the advice from my doc...hope you enjoy!

Cool listen to all this good advice! Hope you reach your goal...but it takes time and you should not starve yourself...the more healthy food you eat will help you...its all in the food pyramid...sometimes researching new recipes and different foods help...fruits have sugars and you should limit them and low carb or lowfat things dont always work...they contain lots of sugars and sodium...you should drink plenty of fluids and taking care of your digestive system always works..you need to poop out what you consume...don't worry about your looks right now but your health...keep up with your body with a doctor too..have him check out your heart and all your major organs...because sometimes if you are diabetic you tend to eat alot or not feel hungry at all..its all taking care of the inside also not just the outside..walking helped me shed 50 lbs and eating right..that ment no more junk food!...now I cook and watch what I eat...Hope you don't give up!

Coolwell you need to eat more in my opinion! you are only 17 and your body can loose the weight faster..if you eat more calories this will revive your metabolism...you should eat more healthier though because you are young and junk food is part of life...I use to weight 236 lbs and it took me 2 years to drop to 160 lbs but i did it in a 1950 calories a day and I also reduced my fat intake..always look for new recipes and different foods...also have more fun on your quest to loose weight a routine may get boring..just don't give up..I started eating small meals every three hours starting at 7 am and ending at 7 pm and drank a whole lot of water..EAT..you are young and HEALTH is more important than looks...I thought  I would never be able to fit in normal size clothes..but its great and now I have 48 lbs left  to go (equal to another year) but it takes time..it takes time to get big and it takes time to be normal...just love yourself!
