hi

first of all welcome back on CC.. i did the same thing when i first joined.. difference is that i didnt forget my password. im 28 happily married , have a son gained alot of weight during pregnancy, i started 3 months back at 230 lbs.. im now 210 lbs. looking forward to loosing lots more

CC and everyone here is great help.. its nice to be here.. u will love it

well i think it already is in starvation mode

thats why ur  not very hungry.. how many hours r u sleeping?

u should try to eat more healthy option try the recipies option on CC it has some nice healthy recipies . also add some nuts and seeds into ur daily diet plan

you have to decide ur self what type of exercise u want to do.. and for how long.. site tools recommend 3 times minimum activity in a week.. it advises to be active.. u just have to exercise and log it in ur activity log.. and dont be more deficit than the total daily consumption goal

thats a good routine ur describing..but something u should be feelong happy about is that u r loosing after all

there are so many people including myself... we didnt see any major changes for a long time..not lost a pound even.. but we kept going on.. and in the long run its all good. everyone's body reacts different..  should be happy that u r loosing and keep on doing what u do.Wink

i hv read it so many places...not to eat more than one full egg.

but i eat 3 whits so that i can somehow fullfill my protein requirements

i dont want  so many calories.. cant imagine to eat 3 eggs at the same time

hmmmmmmmmmm

now im worried..

how can i know if im loosing muscle or fat?

in calisthenics we hv to use our body weight.. to pick ourself up... so i hv read somewhere that it develops muscle as well as  loose fat

now how can i stop my muscles from getting all burned up.. i dont feel tired after exercising.. does that mean my muscles r ok?

 Well, 8 inches is A LOT so I think you just figured out where the weight you lost went.

im not doing chest exercises either...and i recently figured out my workout doesnt include lower abdominal exercises..

may be thats why...im still the same on those areas... but spot reduction isnt supposed to be a possibility... i shd hv been loosing all over

Have you been weight training when you work out? Weight training protects your muscle, keeps them there and might help them develop more (depending on how much you eat).  how can i loose muscle?... isnt  that suppose to happen when fat is not found in much larger amount?

though im not doing strength training... not enough cardio even... im just doing calisthenics for 40 mins... i do sweat and my heart beats faster.. so i assumed i am buring fat

may be i didnt take enough protein in my diet.. can that be the reason????

If you eat 1500-1600 and you burn 2200 (I assume that's what you mean by "need") then you are keeping a deficit of 600-700 calories.

 i am supposed to be 500 cals deficit everyday... right??? to loose?

 im doing calisthenics (moderate effort), a home wrokout cd by kathy kealer, started from 10 min took it to 20 then 40, which is what im doing now a days.

im 5, 2"i started out at 230 lbs and in 3 moths its 210 now..

and im logging in my cals daily.. 1500-1600 every day whereas i need 2200 or so calories. so no im not deficit, not a lot of cardio either and im not doing weight training.

i think u r eating too little and even then exercising.. which would add to the deficit.. and im guessing ur in starvation mode

im using low salt.. its a salt with 66% less sodium

i do drink lots of water

and no weight loss is frustrating me

im female.. 28 years old height is 5 ft 2 inches and weight after pregnancy is 220 after 10 lb loss

i eat 1450 cals per day.as advised by CC i mostly  log it in at the end of the day sometimes its 100 above sometimes 100 below.. never went under 1000 cals.. im  doing calisthenics 30 min 5 times a week.

i started with 10 min workout in first month and took it to 30 min gradually.. going to take it to 1 hr workout.. and i do eat my exercise cals

i try taking low on carb food..usually take soups.. whenever i feel hungry.. calculated cals ofcourse.. i dont keep myself hungry.. so my meals are often 5 or six meals of small portions.. mostly consisting of fruits and soups.. i dont eat raw or boiled vegeis.. they make me sick

so any help now???? plzzzzzzzz

for those of u asking abt the problem... well

1 fruit without refuse = 208 gm approx = 138 cals approx

and i can eat as much as 7 in a day... thats when im keeping myself in limits

and blv me... nothing can slow me down on mangos.. cut or not... i amd ready to put any hardwork it takes
