Haha, yeah, the term 'apple' isn't really a straightforward one. I guess you're supposed to visualize more of a red delicious than a granny smith xD I think it varies greatly between men and women as well - if someone refers to a man as being 'apple shaped', they mean he has a big gut. If a woman has an apple shape, it means that she's more top-heavy. I was always told that you should measure your waist at its smallest point - usually a two or three inches above your bellybutton =) |

As far as I know, I'm plagued by the dreaded apple shape: 39-29-37 I feel so alone. As much as I've worked and strived for one, I've never found hourglass figures to be all that attractive on other women; I think that pears are a hundred times more appealing. I would happily trade my F-cups for lovely, voluptuous hips, or at least something resembling a butt =( |

@gi-jane - You mentioned an 'eating pattern', and that makes me wonder if this might have something to do with the fact that I've been sleeping poorly lately. For some reason I'm restless all night (I feel tired, and can fall sleep, but I have nightmares and wake up every hour or two) and only seem to be able to fall into a good, restful sleep during the daytime. It's bizarre, and it means that I probably 'fast' for longer than most people do when they're in bed. On top of that my breakfast is usually eaten at around 2 in the afternoon, with dinner three or four hours later when everyone else eats ._. I've never really noticed, but I'll bet that when I get back into my normal sleep routine, my appetite will go back to normal as well. Anyway, I managed to get a small ice cream sandwich down. I thought that I was fine to eat it at first, but a couple bites in the feeling of nausea came back. At any rate, the ice cream got me past 1200cals, so that's good for now. I'm going to get some good orange juice tomorrow; that should be easier to get down if I just can't bring myself to eat dessert next time. Thanks for your help! I'm definitely going to work on planning out and eating real meals like normal, even if they don't match up with everyone else's for the time being. |

How about 'You Can Leave Your Hat On'? I think that there might be covers of it out there, but I'm not perfectly sure - I'm most familiar with the Joe Crocker version. It's sexy without being too serious, easy to dance to, and sort of has a classic feel to it. Not to mention it tells you what to take off/do and when, and it gives you an excuse to find yourself a sexy hat.
