Ha ha ha! I started this post last year and guess what, I got pregnant a month after!!  Perhaps it did start a baby boom!

My little boy is now 4.5 months old and I've just got down to 1kg less than when I conceived him!  Just need to loose the other 11kg before we start trying for the next one this time next year.

Not tried it, but definitely going to.  My husband is a marathon runner and is always on at me to go out running with him when he does his 3 mile runs 3x a week.

I've just emailed him the link.  Thanks

Just got to get my knees in order now, so they don't give way.

My SO is always too knackered to do anything :(  quite annoying.

I hate to think how rampant I'll be when I've got to my target weight!  Hahahaha

*cut sugar right out my tea - cold turkey.
*making myself drink more water
*keeping a blog which keeps me inspired
*weighing myself every morning and feeling good about going down, and not worrying if it jumps up a bit, and definitely not giving up if it does
*if I have a craving for something, then have it, but do some excersise to burn it off
*not giving up if I go over my limit - we're human and we make mistakes
*having a filling but healthy breakfast

I know they aren't much in the way of actually eating, but they've all helped me.

i've only been counting calories for 9 days and I've lost 6lbs!  I know its always fast in the beginning, but I didn't think it'd be this fast!
Weight Loss how often do you weigh yourself? Mar 22 2007

i was trying to limit myself to once a week, but seeing as last night I weighed myself and I was 77.8kg and this morning I was 76.5kg, I'm thinking doing it daily is best.   That way, if it goes up twice, I know I'm doing something wrong, and I've not waited another 5 days to find out.  Then when it goes down, i jump up and down and feel really happy with myself!

the most important thing I look at though, is the body fat monitor (something to do with electrical signals) which was 34% last week and 33% this morning.  Only 3% more and I'll be PLUMP rather than FAT according to my scales!
