| Not tried it, but definitely going to. My husband is a marathon runner and is always on at me to go out running with him when he does his 3 mile runs 3x a week.
I've just emailed him the link. Thanks Just got to get my knees in order now, so they don't give way. |

| *cut sugar right out my tea - cold turkey. *making myself drink more water *keeping a blog which keeps me inspired *weighing myself every morning and feeling good about going down, and not worrying if it jumps up a bit, and definitely not giving up if it does *if I have a craving for something, then have it, but do some excersise to burn it off *not giving up if I go over my limit - we're human and we make mistakes *having a filling but healthy breakfast I know they aren't much in the way of actually eating, but they've all helped me. |

| Weight Loss | how often do you weigh yourself? | Mar 22 2007 11:04 (UTC) |

| i was trying to limit myself to once a week, but seeing as last night I weighed myself and I was 77.8kg and this morning I was 76.5kg, I'm thinking doing it daily is best. That way, if it goes up twice, I know I'm doing something wrong, and I've not waited another 5 days to find out. Then when it goes down, i jump up and down and feel really happy with myself!
the most important thing I look at though, is the body fat monitor (something to do with electrical signals) which was 34% last week and 33% this morning. Only 3% more and I'll be PLUMP rather than FAT according to my scales! |
