My boxer's name is Lucy and we even call her "Lucy Bear" I am big on the honey, sweetie, baby thing too. I also just started calling him Luigi because his squad all grew mustaches and him being Italian with a mustach is hilarious!

Thank you so much for posting this! I have been sticking to 1500 calories a day but was skimping during the day and saving all my calories for evening. Today is the first day that I tried spreading my meals evenly and I am not even close to hungry and have a ton more energy! Wow, I think this might be the missing piece to my weight loss puzzle! |

Ugh! So, I know I am a little late on this post but I am feeling pretty guilty today! Today I started off great! I actually got under the 200 lb mark so I was extrememly excited and then today at lunch the office ordered pizza for some one's birthday. I came prepared with my healthy choice lunch! I even ate it while everyone was eating pizza and was totally fine. Then everyone left and there was some left over and I gobbled down 2 peices! What is wrong with me? It's like I sabatoage myself! I guess we have bad days and I'm trying to stay in apositive mind frame but its hard sometimes! I'll just be sure to do some more exercising tonight to offset some of those calories! |

Yeah, I'd like to avoid any surgery! I work on my ab excercises and just be patient! Thanks for all the advice. Sometimes its hard to just let it come off. I wish I had a magic wand I could wave over myself and be insta-skinny! haha! Anyways, thanks again! |

Wow, I can relate! I also have asthma which seems to stop me in my tracks sometimes! Last year I lost about 25 pounds and swore to myself I would never let myself reach that god awful 200 pound mark and then all this sudden here I am again! I got very sick and couldn't work out for about a month and some where in there, I lost my motivation. In Novemeber I got on the scale saw 213 and decided it was time to get back on track! I am now 13 pounds lighter and just reached my first short term goal. This website has really helped me stay accountable. I leave open on my desktop at work all day to remind myself to stay away from all little goodies people tend to bring into our office. Thanks everyone for sharing! |
