Have you tried nuephedrine? It works. I use it to jump start weight loss and on weekends to curb cravings. It has south African hoodia in it and it is also thermogenic; meaning taking it burns up to 500 calories on its own. Also there is the financial benefit send them your before and after picture and if they use it in their marketing campaign they pay $1000. Good luck! |

Count me in. I am aiming for 15lbs by end of march, 5'5 145lbs right now. So Monday is our weigh in day? YAY!!! Motivation to be good on the weekends. Do we just edit our original posts with our updates? So looking forward to this. |

There are two types of exercises: aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic is cardio i.e running swimming, biking etc. Anaerobic is weight lifting, sprinting, martial arts etc. It depends on what you already look like and what you want to end up looking like. For example, if you're an Ectomorph or a Mesomorph. I know it sounds return of the Jedi-ish but it helps to determine the most effective exercise for you. If you're an Ectomorph you have a slight build and you look more like Kate Moss, Zoe Saldana, a not so emaciated form of Paris Hilton. If you're built like a Mesomorhp you resemble Kelly Ripa, Jessica Biel and Hilary Swank. An Ectomorhp does not build muscle easily it is not in their genetic makeup. A mesorph moves a 10lb dumbbell from one side of the room to another and they become Incredible Hulk. A lot of people are a combination of two and you may be as well, for example Catherine Zeta Jones and Ali Larter. Through indoor cycling and stair climbing as cardio, and Heavy weights, low repetitions, an Ectomorhp can look like Sarah Jessica Parker or Heidi Klum. Through kickboxing, calisthenics, medium weights and high repetitions a Mesomorhp can look softer yet shapely like Kerry Washington or Britney spears in her before and way after phase. If you're a combination you can pick whatever strength and cardio combo option sounds good to you. Cardio makes your heart strong and strength training power up your muscles. As for loosing weight start your new program and see what you look like in 30 days. If you're loosing add more calories on your rest days (days you don't workout) in 100 caloric increments. |
