but why cant we used the carbs that beccame fat when we eat the carbs but dont use it..... dont the carbs turn to fat which we can just use the same way we use fat when we eat it? i'm not against fat,,,, hey, i love fatty fish, nuts, and all that stuff. just curious |

which..... one.. the online one or the shocker one?
and.... should i gain really fast within a few months so i can get back to exercising sooner? and during that time, if i dont exercise but eat alot, will my fitness lvl stay the same, decrease, or get better (b/c i'm getting healthier)??? |

i just want to do it healthily and try not to gain too much fat.. iw ant that athletic build once again (which i lost to toomuch running + not enough food)
i wasntt rying to lose in the first place.... i actually got scared wheni dropped my first few pounds... but i just didnt know how to eat but i loved running too much... you know?
now i know mroe about muscles + calories andiwant to strengthtrain but now i'm not allowed? what? aualirj urgg |

oh wow... um....
okay, so the school shock thingy said i had....... 38 or 88% body fat percent....... i dont know if the machine was broken but a backwards 3 was in the 10s digits and a 8 was in the one for fat % i did a measuring thing online JUST now.... and a website said i had 8% and another said 13%
which youguys think is most accurate?..... :/
