so iv tryed to watch my diet more. and im hoping it has helped but now sence im on break i havent done much exersising, just walking. so last week i was at 149.2 and now i am at 147.8 thats good. i wish it would go down faster but i will be satisfyed with just a little at a time, hopefully next week when i will beable to work out again(more so than just walking) it will go down more.
how about you guys its been a week how are you all doing? |

what you need to do is walk up to him and tell him your breaking up with him and that he has x-amount of days to pack up, find another place, and leave. |

ok i gess ill start the weigh in right now i am 149.2 (this was after a huge bump and was at 153 for a while, but befor that i was at 146. im just gonna have to watch my diet more) i was gonna list messurments but as of right now i dont know where the messurer is, so ill add that in later im in a fairly good mood (tho incredibly tired) im finaly on spring break so now i have home cooked meals friends and mass amounts of rescherch to catch up on

i dont really have any words of wisdom, but i know when im really lacking motivation i tend to watch those exersise infomertials, for some reason they make want to exersise (not with there stuf, but still makes me want to go move) as for the diet part i got nothing thats where i have problems to and just havent figured out a way of thinking that works for me yet

hmm a weigh in day how about we have it on Fridays. Kalika: im always amazed at dieters who can go that low for cals iv always had to keep mine around 1500 much lower and i start feeling sick. i think you will make it to your goal in time for your wedding specaly if you add in some exersise. and congrads on your upcoming wedding.
i was on here for a while ago got down to a comforitable weight and then maintained but alas a lot of stuff happaned and it creaped back on. im also a university student so i have simular problems as born2doit2. and im quitting the smoking (finaly finished my last one, hopeing i dont mess up the dieting while im on spring break) |

my quitting smoking is going well tho now im getting those nasty side afects of quitting. weight has stopped going up but it hasn't really been going down (like it will dip and then go right back up) not real sure on what to do about that except to keep doing what i have (tho obviously thats not working, must be doing something wrong) what about everyone else |

hey ya everyone how have you all been? good i hope anywho so like on thrusday was the first day i went with out smoking at all it was great to bad on friday i ended up making up for that plus had a total binge not to mention the sheer amount of work and lack of sleep iv had. what a week. how was every one else's. and how do you guys kick cravings (for anything) and get thru really stress full times. alrighty im gonna go check my stats, eat a little food then head out thru the snow to the gym. oh and im hopefully gonna figure out how to post some pictures up so i wont be a question mark anymore Ja nai

ahjafighting i live in the dorms now, tho its for mostly juniors and seniors. i try to stick to the salad bar or the things where you can serve your self. i also keep food in my room so i dont have to go to the caff for all my meals. and as for working out its ok to miss them every once in a while particularly if you have a lot of other things going on that day tatertotaggie im planing on going to Kendall C in chicago after i graduate. and finish off a digree for hospitality, and then hopefully be able to get a job as a restrant manager. |

ah this is great get pumped guys. so iv been having a lot of problems with my diet. im quiting smoking(not to successfuly but its comming along) and craving have increased but luckly it hasnt effected my weight that much only up 1lb from last time i checked, im gonna try to improve the rest of the week and then on monday get back in to a grove again.
how are you guys doing? |

i feel like i understand your gf a bit. im also the type of person who is very distant and what not. so maybe her distence and mood and what not is not from the issue of perternity but of whether or not she can handle having a baby. she is most likely tarafied and i feel like she is leaning twords the termination but is having a hard time becasue you like the idea of a baby and that is just stressing her out more, not to mention some major hormones changes. as for the issue of paternity. i think for now (untill the ultrasound or more dafinitve test) bleave it is you who is the father unless she has a history of cheating or things along that line. i gess what im getting to is you should find out what has been bothering her. ask her ask her family ask her friends if she wont tell you. im sure she has a lot on her mind and has to make a life changing disition (eather way it will change her life) and so paterniti might be an issue its praboly not the dominint one with her right now. also it might be prudent for you to start thinking about what you will do if the kid is not yours (wether you know or not) how will it change things etc etc sorry if that didnt help much i hope every thing works for you |

i would do more weight. because the more mussle you have the more fat you burn in the end. also if you do weights before you do your cardio you end up working out harder because your mussles were already fitigued. (sorry about the sp) |

alright first thing first what you are developing are phobias not ocd. you might want to look into cognitive tharape for your phobias. other than that. what is on the foods will not harm you, just be sure to wash them well befor you eat them. |

there is caffeine in green tea but not as much as in coffee. 1/3 sounds about right tho. but insted of wasting a good cup of tea just dont let the leafs stay in for a long time. the ligher the color of the tea the less caffeine. you can also get caffeine free green tea, its not that hard to find. |

one thing that you can do anytime anywhere is holding your stomic in. try pulling your belly butten to you spine using nothing but the mussles, it ill strathen your abs back and improve your posture. (sorry for the bad spelling, but you get the idea) |

hey dont feel bad about it. the average time now is 5 years moving closer to 6. becides nursing is a realy good field that will do a lot of good. if your realy feeling bad about it take out a student loan in your name and pay for tuition or housing or something so your parents dont have to pay as much. but your doing nothing wrong and you now know what you want to do so thats a huge plus |
