Ok, Well Im very lazy. I hate exercising, actually, quite frankly I don't exercise. If I do, it's like a miracle. So I've just re-started my diet today. And I want to know if I can lose weight by just eating healthy, about 1300-1400 calories and still lose weight if I dont exercise at all. I have a pretty sedentary job, I sit at a desk all day. I then go home and sit at the computer or watch paint dry then go to sleep. So yea...anyone can help?
Here are my stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 140 lbs
Goal Weight: 130-135 lbs
(It may sound like im small, but I dont hide my weight well at all, im chubby)
Size:6-10
Any help is appreciated. I dont want to lose much, just a few pounds.
