I use to, but not anymore. I did it for about two weeks then had my eating habits and exercise down to a science and had no need for the journal. |

When you do cardio you burn fat, but if you do nothing but cardio yes you will burn some muscle. That's why you need to do some weight lifting also. Muscle keeps burning calories after your work out and when you're at rest. Also eat protein at every meal to gain and retain the muscle. Good Luck. |
