LEA Girllllllllll Your body is sickkkkkkkkk I don't understand why you'd want to change it, because you look nice and toned and athletic. I mean do you want to look like someone who's about to pass out, 120 for 5'11........that is a big no no and even if you think you'd look better i'm sorry it's just not going to work out. Remember that guys don't like girls with flat asses and no boobs....right!!! You've got a boyfriend, so would he perfer bones sticking out or nicely shaped body, good perportions...ect ect. And just think about micheal jackson....he keeps on getting surgury...for what though....he looked his best before he took matters in his own hands. Your body.....everybody wants that body. You'll do what you want in the end of the day, but just remember your body is already really nice. |

People need to chill. And stop making people feel like crap and stupid because they've got incorrect information. Imagine if you went and asked someone a question and hoping for help and in the end you just got a big whopper straight into your face, that's the response. Not everybody has the same Body. Our bodies can work differently...you guys know that right??? To the OP, live life one day at a time, and girl if you want to lose that bulk i recommend going to see a personal trainer or a nutritionist and they can really help you, because they'll examine you and figure out what your body needs to do what you want it to do....lose the bulk. You can get advice here, but for what I think is a more for sure method, i'd go see one of those people (trainer, nutritionist, dietition..ect. ect.) Live in Peace, harmoney.....and when attacked for stupid reasons.....come from behind and hit them where it hurts the most......the scales LOLLLL> |

I just add a 100 calories if I add cheese to my sub, if it's 6 inch sub i just cut that in half because the cheese slices are so thin so I don't think they could be that much, but I'm thinking of Swiss cheese, I think if it's cheddar or the other options it would be a bit more. 1tb of mayo is like 80 -100 calories, so just add it to your sub cal total. Hey if you want to lose weight with subway stay away from the meatball sub it's deadly to your thighs ladies hahaha. I should know my thighs were deadly, but i haven't eaten a meatball sub since way long ago, even though it would be nice to have one right now because it's just so delicious. Now I just Turkey with lettace and I get some swiss chess on it and with of course whole wheat bread. The 12 inch turkey with swiss on whole wheat is only about 650, not bad considering i only eat half and eat the other half later. |

actually I heard this cream called strivectin can help firm up. It's expensive though about 100 dollars for a small bottle, but women use it on their stretchmark cellulite areas and their faces becuase it'll help firm their skin....wrinkles cellulite..... In Canada you can buy at The Bay, In america I think it's the high end department stores. Anything cheap will not work obviously. |

EEEEEkkkk I don't know. I'm Sorry your sad. How about this. WHy don't you just stop whatever your doing now, forget about dieting and excericising and being at a certain weight because it's making you kind of miserable. Stress too can cause weight gain you know. Live life day by day, when you eat just make healthy options and it's not a diet it's just another normal day for you. And do like fun excercises to keep herself healthy and full of energy. And if you happen to lose weight that's great becuase it's not because of a diet it's because of your new lifestyle and you won't go up and down anymore. The Biggest treasure in life is..........life. All thought I know that it would be nice to fit into those size 4's or 2's.........now it's like whatever and being healthy and taking care of yourself is the most important thing ever. WOW I sound preachy here usually I'm like Get with it girl stop whining and go outside and run 3 miles than come back home and do some stretches eat salad with some chicken with 1 litre of water. Than go back oustide and run again....................................I'm kidding. Live life one day at a time. I am. Besides girl you have already got man, you know in the middle east it's ok for the woman to get fat once she's married, because she has hooked herself a fella already. Right now I'm eating some popcorn with ice tea and some Aero Chocolate and Some ice tea and it tastes soooooooooo goood....am I gonna gain weight....no because I was walking outside for 1 hour and half going up...that means my streets either slant down or up...so basically i walked uphill for almost 2 hours. It would be really funny if you said I already did that...LOL |

Girllll you need to be eating way more than that...way more. You need to add protein. If you don't eat enough you won't lose anything. Add more meat to your diet. Wow 35 calorie bread, I never heard of that the most I ever saw was 50 calorie weight watcher whole wheat slices and they were really small. You know I was reading a lot about this. There is this body confusing thing people do, where they eat like 1500 calories for like a week or two and than they go and eat 1800-2000 calories for 1 week and that makes them lose weight. I don't remember what they call it though. But a lot of people do it, because the body is so used to a way of eating that when you change it your metabolism rate goes up and you lose weight. I like that. I read a lot of posts where girls are like I didn't have more than 1400 calories a day for the last 3 weeks and I've only lost 1 pound, well maybe they should be eating way more than 1400 calories. the sidewalks in my Neighbourhood are covered in ice, so I ran on the street instead, losing weight has no limitssssssssss I"m kidding. It's not a one way street so I saw when cars were coming.

I hear a lot of people say oh it's Christmas Vaca it's ok to go crazy with eathing. I say yeah why not but not about the whole crazy part, eat what you want just don't go crazy with it. I had to go to this cottage with my family and this other family who owns the place were making Cinnamon buns...big ones. And the mom was like I want to lose 10 pounds by March and I"m like um your not going to get anywhere by eating those things 700 calories each WOW. And she's like it's Christmas. And than I started telling her about my weightloss journey and she was like wow 24 pounds in 4 months amazing. And than the next day they make the buns and she takes them out of the oven 9 on a platter and puts them right in front of me....I was in Shock didn't i tell this lady I was on a journey towards losing weight. Yeah so I ate 1 after resisting for 25 minutes...I just couldn't help it. But she ate 2. So yeah that's a lot. Maybe you shouldn't be just eating salad. What about protein?

All my suggestions are merely my suggestions. The title of Post for this is I'm So Frustrated. That means she's not happy with how her weightloss journey is going so far. If 10 minutes was all it took to lose weight than everyone would be doing that, but no it does not take 10 minutes a day to do high intensity work outs to lose the weight you want to lose. And that kind of excercise is making her feel like crap so whats the point of doing it, 1 hour of cardio would be so much better because she would be pacing herself and allowing her body to get used to that kind of working out. I'm sorry it's the truth. And I said eat food, I never said don't eat a lot of food. And if you eat smaller portions of the things you want like half a hamburger that's not gonna make you full. Wouldn't it be easier to eat a plate full of healthy things that will guarantee fullness. I'll use any words I please, I've lost 24 pounds in 4 months, being healthy and working hard and I'm gonna keep this up forever. I don't like people who are satisfied with only 10% of what can actually be done. LOL Am I being mean or what!!! |

Hi, 10 minutes a day is nothing. Because you are in the mid 200's you can lose a lot of weight in the beginining of your weightloss journey. You've got to work out for at least 1 hour 4-5 days a week. You want results you've got to work for it. Same thing with studying, I mean your not gonna get an A on your test if you study for ten minutes (I'm speaking on behalf of normal people not geniuses). but maybe I misread how much you actually excercise. You've got to eat, if you don't eat enough food you won't lose weight. You've got to eat every 4 hours and you have to eat within 1 hour of waking up. If you want to eat something, than eat it, but eat a tiny bit of it to satisfy your urge and than move on to something more healthy. The key is to eat things that'll make you full faster. Whole wheat/grain, veg and fruit. Drink 1 to 2 litres of water everyday, but you know water can make you feel bloated. You also have to have something to motivate you, like a pair of jeans you want to fit into, so when you want to eat something fatty you'll just think about those jeans and put those CHIps, or mac and cheese or pop down. Losing like 1-2 pounds of week is healthy and normal for someone who is working hard at their diet, but everyone knows you lose a lot of weight in the begining of your diet, so i think if you change some things your going to lose way more. And i hope you excercise between meals, because that helps too. Foods to stay away from while on diet. Candy, Pop, Mac n Cheese, bagel, white bread, white pasta, chocolate, fatty salad dressings. JUICE, If you want juice you can have no more than 250 ml juice a day max girl. If you want milk, make sure it's no more than 1% skim milk and no more than a cup and you should drink it after working out because it's gonna help build muscle and you can totally burn muscle during cardio, if you want. If you eat meat, stick to Chicken (baked, boiled, roasted or bbq) or Fish (same as chicken) and no bigger than the size of the palm of your hand. They also say that 2/3 of your plate for lunch and dinner should consist of veg, but you know that's not bad, you can stirfry veg with some garlic and olive oil and it taste real good. NO Fast food while on diet. Just make sure you are eating so that you don't get so hungry that it makes you go crazy you eat whatever you see. A hamburger (small one) Is like 450 calories. Beef has a lot of fat in it, the freakin bun is like 200 calories and than you have like condiments on it and calories galore there. Unless it's just mustard but who likes to eat a mustard only hamburger. Maybe I'm rambling and sound like a retard. But you know I've been telling myself this for 4 months. The world does not owe me anything and If i want something I have to get up and go get it.

I read in your profile that you eat out a lot, that's not good. I also read that you have salad a lot but what kind of dressing do you use? If you have salad stick to oil/vinager. Ice cream I read too,,,,lots of fat. And don't bother doing crunches right now because it won't result anything because first you have to lose the fat there first if you want abs. 50 situps equals to 10 calories...yeah it's not worth it. I'm telling you do plank, it really works for your stomach area. I've been doing so much research about this stuff I feel like a nutritionist...but I'm no where near qualified of course, but I'm losing. |

Do you drink? Major calories in alcohol!!! I run outside and where I'm from it's -10 and ice and snow, I make it work girl. But if you excercise and don't eat enough you won't lose any weight. And do you eat 4-5 times a day and do you eat within the first hour of waking up, becuase that helps your metabolism for the rest of the day. And you know a lot of people are saying never trust the calories that machines tell you you are losing, becuase it's usually false. What do you eat in a typical day? I once met a woman and I asked her what do you eat for breakfast she's like I don't really eat that much just a bagel with cream cheese. I'm like no bagel...stay away from the bagel. Than she was like but it was whole wheat and than I said NO BAGEL!!!! Honestly!!! |

You know what I hear about losing weight? That if you lose it too quickly you'll gain it back too quickly. I've lost 24 pounds since the last week of July to today, SW 168 CW144 Height 5'7. My Nutritionist says I'm doing really good even though I thought I was doing crap, because I wanted to lose like 30 pounds in 3 months, Dare to dream me!! So basically she was like the slower you lose the weight the easier it is for you to keep it off. So now I'm losing like 4 pounds a month, pound a week, and it's not that bad actually. I don't have a gym membership either, I find that I can work out in my room right beside my bed. I get my heart pumping and sweat drizziling down my back and face, I know that I'm working hard. I do high kicks in the air ( make sure to stretch before doing this, you'll feel the pain tommorow if you don't), back kicks into the air, I do simulated basketball shots, you know like catching the ball and going straight up and trying to make that 3 point shot ( put some music of your choice on and it'll get the heart pumpin real good) Grab a stool or small chair and lift your leg one at a time horizontally over it right to left left to right for each leg like 10-15 times each leg 3 reps. Good leg work out there. Plank position, this is hard, In the beginning I couldn't even last 15 seconds, now I can do just under 2 minutes...it's all mental. Eating......Just try to eat healthy. Try and stay away from Pop and white rice and Beef and WHITE EVIL BRead/ Pasta. You can stirfry some vegetables with some garlic and olive oil...and it taste so good and you can digest it very easily. My goal weight is 135 and to be a size 4 and have a flat stomach and to have killer legs. I'm gonna get there just not right now. |

I'm 147 now and 5'7, I started at 168 back in July. I want to be 135, but now it's so hard to eat the required amounts to get to that point because now it's like food means fun and fun things are Chinese food and French Fries and pizza and Cola. Thinking about eating Veg and 8 ounce chicken breast seems so drab. Do you think there's a way to look deep inside yourself and find the strength to say no put that pizza down it's poison.............to your thighs? |
