I totaly agree at my school we only so sport once a week!! and its mostly standing around!! At my old school we did sport 5 times a week and that included long distance running!! I f i mention it to my friends they all say its ridiculus having to do sport atall and howe it should be optionall. There are loads of cakes for sale at school and hardly any fruit or veggies!!! Where as my junior school there was a salad bar and we were only alowd 1 pudding. at my high school you could eat cake for lunch!!!!!!!!!!!! In the middle of the city i live in there is a market which sells loads of cheap fruit and veg!! |

I'm not to sure what i'm going to do at the gym as i have never been to 1 b4 coz 4 most of them u have to b 16 so i have to do an enrolement course :( But i love to play sport, i always have its usually just trying to find people to do it with!! Its easter this sunday and i always get given loads of easter eggs!! I never know what to do with them!! should i eat them?? |

sorry i haven't posted in ages my scales broke and i stopped taking it so seriously, i'm practically back to where i started before! at 154lbs so is it ok if i continue coz i might do better as i have nowe got a gym membership and athleticsd season is comming up!! i'm going to aim to lose that water weight i've put back on coz i haven't drunk enough water and lose 2lbs a week!! |

I had an amazing weigh in today!!! i weighed 148lbs whooooo out of the 150's!!! It may have just been coz i remembered to weigh myself before breakfast, which i forgot to do the last 2 weeks, but its a great boost anyhoo!! I hope everyone else has just as great a weigh in as i have!!! i think i'm back on track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!!! |

You know the goggles people wear to swim? well you can get special perscripted ones, my friend got some coz it was awfull 2 swim withut being able to see anything, but i don't know where he got them!! why don't yyou ask your optition? |

I hate days whaen i eat too much, like i had a crumpet yesterday before i went to bed because i'd just gone swimming why reward yourself 4 exercising? coz it kinda just backfires coz whats the point of doing it if u are just going 2 eat something with the amount of calories that you just burned, i wasn't even hungry!! Hopefully i can kid myself i don't have enough money for any popcorn @ the cinema today, instead of kiding myself i don't want it (course i do @ the time!!) roylucie92 haha i think i'm gonna have to replace some of my meals with chocolate @ easter or give my brothers it!! coz i'm always given way toooo many easter eggs, haha i was given like 6 big ones last year and loads of mini ones from my friends!!! Its also pancake day soon!! last year i ate 5 pancakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i absalutely drenched them with lemon and sugar!!!!!! this year i'm aiming to just eat one, and give up bad stuff 4 lent!!!!!! me nd my friend atempted 2 give up bread, red meat, crisps, chocolate and any kind of sweet stuff!! it only lasted like a few hours coz we had garlic bread with our lunch!! haha hope i can do better this year!!! Hope everyone has a great valentines day!!! love you all!!! lol |

I recon we should post during the week just to get some motivation and stuff!! coz we hardly write anything cept what our weight is!!!!!!!! i'm sooooo proud of myself i managed to eat about 1200 calories 2day yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and we were all given acream egg for some random reason at skl, and i gave mine away coz i didn't know how many calories it had in it!! now thats an acheevement, i lurvvvv cream eggs, but i can't eat to much now coz easter is coming up, and easter eggs are adictave!!!!!!!!!!!! and its nearly pancake day (i think!!)

Ok i'm 151lbs, bt i weighed myself after skl so i had alredy eaten 2 meals!! And last week i weighed in after breakfast, so i'm probs actually weigh less than what i posted!! Yay!!!!!! The only anoying thing is i can't see a difference in my body, but that is probs just me i was 15lbs lighter a few months ago!!! and only about a year and a half ago i weighed 126lbs, thats my long term aim at the moment. soz i posted late i couldn't get my laptop to turn on, i have no figured that was coz it had no batery and i 4got 2 turn the mains on!! Haha silly me! good luck 4 next week!! |

I think your totaly right, i have a thing for cereal, i can't survive long without it, well i can but i wouldn't want too, i've been really bad today i ate 3 bowls through out the day (haha i ate the cereal, not the bowls!) Its totaly not to hard to decide whether to eat it, just count to 100 before you eat something, and by the time you've finished counting you will have convinced yourself you don't actually want it, thats what i do but not if i'm hungry, listen to your body. |

AAA i didn't have such a good week this week weight wise!! k i ate ok untill yesterday coz my mum made cup cakes and i had 1 and then she made baked apple and i ate some of that with ice cream, and i ate sooooooo many roast parsnips (they r my fave!!) Start weight: 155lbs week 1: 152.5 week 2: 151.5 week 3: 151.5 (but i weighed in after i ate my breakfast, oops!! so i was probably slightly better, oh well!!) Good luck to everyone for week 4!!!!!!!!!! |

I weigh 10stone 11 lbs (151lbs) and i'm 5'7 and as i'm only 14 i'm a v.lttle bit overweight, i'm aiming 4 like 9 stone (depending on what i look like!!) (126lbs i think!!) so yer i need to loose weight coz i recon i might b a bit more confident, and i'd love to fit back into my size 8 jeans!! (us size 4 i think!!) And i also spend my whole summer on the beach, even when its cold!! So i'd like to b able to wear a bikini without being self concious (not that i wouldn't anyway!!) |

Hey heva do u live in england? I wear a size 10 (us size 6) and i also want to get to size 8, i should have never got to size 10, i'm only 14 and some of my friends don't even fit into size 6 (us size 2) !!! oh yer i'm now 10stone 11.5lbs (151.5lbs) Yay down from 11stone 3lbs (157lbs) thats from like the begining of january (i gave up @ christmas!!!) |

Friend 1 (normal weight for her her hight, and shes tall, and doesn't do any exercise): 1 orange, 1apple, 1 bannna!! she eats hardly anything, and all she eats 4 dinner is salad, she claims to have a big breakfast! Friend 2 (short and overweight, does quite a bit of exercise): salad Friend 3 (v.short and thin does a little bit of exercise): a ham sandwhich Friend 4 (tall and thin, does quite a bit of sport): school dinner and two doughnuts. Friend 5 (short and very skinney, does no exercise): depends, somtimes she'll just have a v'small bread roll, and sometimes she has a chocolste muffin and crisps. Friend 6 (v.tall, normal weight quite sporty): a babybell, a mufin, a sandwhich and an orange which she usually chucks away ar gives to someone! well you probs get the point i could go on 4eva i sit with different people each day of the week, depending weather i've got sax practice, piano practice, football training, netball practice or italian @ lunch, but most my friend are quite healthy!!! k b4 christmas another friend ate a chocolate orange 4lunch!!!!!!!!!!! shes really skinney, but she does a lot of sport!! Oh yer and i think i'll ad myself, 4 the sake of it (v. slightly overweight, very sporty) : soup, a banana and a bread roll, sometimes i eat skl lunches though!!!! i tend to eat badly in the evenings!!! |

Hey everyone heres my weigh in! start weight: 155lbs week 1 weight: 153lbs (down 2 lbs) week 2 weight: 151.5 (down 1.5) cr2012 i weigh myself whenever i go near the scale, its a very bad habbit i end up weighing myself like 4 times a day!!! Haha i'm obsesive, i mean its not like i expect myself to lose weight over just 1 day and my scale only goes to the nearest 0.5 of a lb so it can't be v.v.acurate, oh well just don't let the numbers on the scale make you change what you are aiming to eat!!! i know i need to loose weight because im 2.5 lbs to heavy for my age hight and weght!! and that kinda motivates me, and i want to b able to spend my summer in a bikini instead of a wetsuit, i go to the beach like every day in the summer hols!! I recon today has been quite good for exercising, i had hockey training today and we did loads of sprints and atempts @ speeding up how fast we do the indian dribble!! My legs ache now coz u have to bend your legs loads to keep so close to the ground! I'm not sure wether to go 2 my swimming practise 2night, its only an hour of lengths, but i'm tierd and i prommised my little brother i'd play tennis on the wii with him!!! |

I eat breakfast @ 7 (in the weekend its more like 9) I eat lunch @ 1.15 (in the weekends like 12.30) And i eat dinner anytime from about 5-6 (on mondays its like 7 coz i have hockey and swimming!) and i have random snacks of fruit during the day even when i'm not hungry to make my metabolism better somehow? |

I know its quite confusing. Also now every time i walk past the scales i have to weigh myself, i just get curious, and i'd physically die without a mirror!!! if i haven't looked in one 4 a few hours i look in the reflection of cars, and as they are strange shapes i look morbidly obese in them and i get realy worked up about it!!! lol i'm really obsessive!!(sometimes i'll listen to the same song over and over again 4 no reason) |

I don't eat fish, i only became vegetarian just over a week ago and i was just wondering what other people, so far i have been eating geletin coz i didn't know what it was, but i'm not gonna eat either!!! |

kk i've now decided as a reward if i get down to 125lbs i will buy myself the new saxophone i want, but its over £1000 (it might b £2000 i can't remember) i think it will b a great motivation coz i actually need a new sax coz the 1 i've got isn't very gd!! OH yer and i think i should go to the gym (i've neva been b4 haha) there is one @ my tennis and squash club!!!! |

skinybum you will probably only lose a little weight but you will be noticeably thinner because muscle weighs more than fat so you will actually look lighter than you are, but thats a good thing, i had afriend who do loads of sport and she was really skinney, but had loads of muscle, she weighed like 112lbs but she was actually really short!! and that was when we were like 11, but i weighed the same amount as her and i was much taller than her and fatter, haha it dosen't matter tooo much the number of what you weigh if you are thin and have muscle!! |

I have eaten really unhealthily today, not overeating but undereating!! i have already had a snack, breakfast, lunch and dinner and this is what i have eaten: 1 pinkgrapefruit, 1 clementine, some leutace, tomato and cucumber, a v. tiny bit of feta cheese, and some wholegrain cheese buisciuts. and it all adds up to like 600 calories!!! i need to eat something v.high calorie b4 i go swimming tonight (bt i want it to be healthy!!!) coz i know eating this much is v.unhealthy, i usually eat 1600 calories to lose weight. so what should i eat now? (i'm not hungry, i just want to have eaten healthy today, and not mess up my metabolism!!) |
