nope it wont affect much at all... matter of fact it probably helped u by giving ur metabolism a little boost. if you ask most people... they will tell u that a "cheat day" where u eat your maintenance calories every once in a while actually helps. |

yes food to me is also just energy now.. i dont see it really much as anything else anymore. one other thing some people dont eat as much because they dont have the time to exercise but excercise allows you to eat more which is always a good thing. It makes the journey of weightloss so much easier |

going to the gym for me is just part of my life daily routine now. i dont question it or think about it i just go when its time even if i feel a little lazy because once i get there i know what to do and i do it. sometimes you might miss a scheduled workout because of something going on but you dont necesarilly have to make up for it, u just have to get back on your schedule the day after.

thanks, i really have a lack of knowledge when it comes to this. ived gained minimal strength in my excercise. I think im gonna do more research and find the best workout plan to gain strength because even though strength and muscle are not directly related i feel with more strength i could gain more muscle when i start eating more after i reach my goal weight |

I think firstly you gotta stress how much you love her cooking too let her know that the reason you dont want her cooking for you anymore is that, its not that her food is not good but your trying to eat healthier. Then you just gotta explain to her the importance of making your own food and you gotta do this on your own. |

i just really hate it when im walking in the hallways and onfe of my friends is like "WOW you lost so much WEIGHT!" and pretty much screams it and it theres like 50 people in the hallway..... uhhh so everyone just looks at me, ..... its really awkward so i just run away lol =D |

after 3 weeks of not losing weight on 1800 calories a day i decided for 3 days id eat 2200 calories and the next weigh in day... i finally lost weight again.. =] so upping calories honestly works, im going to interchange though from 2000-2200 calories everyday |

im already taking pure whey protein after workouts but ever since ive been eating healthier my apetite has gone down. ill definitely invest in some healthy calorie dense snacks but i used the website for bmr and im at 2452. i dont think i can eat that many calories. But thanks everyone for the help ill definitely see to it that i get more calories in. |
