yea i decided to go natural. since i dont drink caffeine or anything most pills make me shaky and jittery. i got some stuff from gnc.. by the way i <3 LOVE <3 gnc. they have all kinda new stuff, like low cal whey protein.. mm mm.. hahaha. got some fish oils, waterex (best water pill ive found for those bloated days) and tonalin cla to try out.. its made from sunflower seed oil.. worth a try. plus my multivitamins and a sample pack of these ones called burn 60.. supposed to burn 60% more cals. it was only 1.50 for 4 pills (one a day) with no stimulants. so i bought two to try out for the next week. ill post if anything helps. |

thanks for the kind words.. your right i shouldnt make a big deal. i guess im just worried about what certain people will say.. especially my bf, hes very insensative to my p0or body image. he thinks its motivating to hear that he thinks im fat, and im eating way t0o much when we go out to eat, that my choice of food, even in moderation is going to make me fatter, and he doesnt find it attractive. but since were around family (MY FAMILY) i doubt he'll have the balls to make those comments... and i already know what everyone is gonn a say "dump that prick!!" but i do love him and i already told him i dont like it and if he doesnt start taking my feelings into consideration im leaving him. so we'll see if he shapes up otherwise my new years resolution is find a new man hahaha |

500 cals is not good! woman should be intaking at least 1200 to keep everything running properly on the inside.. when you drop below this (especially if your physically active, however little it may be) your body sends out panic alarms, putting you into a starvation mode. think about it, you know what your brain is made out of? fatty tissues. you start depriving your body and your brain starts flipping out telling your body to hold on to anything it can get its hands on. so you start to gain weight in the long run... yea starving yourself could work eventually but since so many of your organs are made up of fatty tissues and muscle which needs these nutrients to work, it will eventually start breaking down these critical organs to keep your body running. leading to severe health problems, poor immune system, and death. :( its not worth the pain and suffering. up your calories, and keep up the exercise. even the littlest amount helps. you'll eventually get stronger and be able to go longer but baby steps are the key. do some research online and you can figure out a heathly goal of daily cals you should aim for, even talk to a doctor for advice. i know its repetative but but keep it up and you'll see results. trust me i hate hearing that!!!! but its true. im always trying to new hype diets and pills looking for quick fixes myself and only thing that really showed long term results is hard work and dedication.. though i will let you now when i find the holy grail of dieting.. hahaha |
