I love listening to music when I work out. I just started a jogging routine and some of the "key" songs to really push me through are: Womanizer - Britany Spears Gun Powder & Lead - Melissa Lambert Never Again - Kelly Clarkston Lose Control - Missy Elliot La Tortura - Shakira So What - Ciara Sorry - Madonna BOB - System of the Down The soundtrack to Cruel Intentions is great as well. Also, I Itunes has a Nike Drive Running playlist I downloaded as well! |
