I too have this issue, motivation slips..and then eventually kills over and dies... I'm in a kill over and die stage right now, attempting to revive motivation. IF I COULD JUST STOP SLEEPING SO MUCH AND COOK...it doesn't help im in a house where I'm the only one who cooks!!! (one roommate works 12hr shifts, and the other one is too damn lazy to cook) Anywho, I'm lookin at this statement to get a jump start and stay motivated "24 and damn near 300lbs is SOOOOOO not sexy"..Now if I could just stay awake long enough to keep reminding myself that!!!! |

I'm guilty of loving pizza.. infact it's Lab week here at my job and of course we had pizza.. I just finished snacking on some.. I know i'm not going to give pizza up,..so I think i'll end up making my own pizza and adding veggies and maybe sneak a piece of pepperoni?!? yea? okay i'll try not to lol .... I dont eat pizza to often so when I do, I usually go all out, which is the problem i'm working on now! |

Topeze & Ana- I tried to make it count....Didn't work I've been bummin it alll this week. Something about excersing isn't appealing 2 me right now and I can feel it !!! I feel like a slugg ,not highly energized like I usually do since I started workin out. We'll see how this weekend goes. I'm kinda hoping the Boo pisses me off so I can get a jump start again! Ally - You look good! Do the Damn thang mama! Ana- Glad the soup/casserole turned out good..lol it sounds yummy! Sweepie- It's the muscle girl, keep on going!

Okay Okay, i have been on a major level of slacking off!!! ..Im still eating right, just with a few added snacks and fast food!.. I know I know bad.. and I haven't worked out in like 3 days... and i'm feeling so sluggish..(i wonder why) .. i'm back in effect though. atleast I think, we'll see after tonight! .... sweepie - Congratz! That dress looks great on u!

MMMM captain crunch.. I haven't had that in so long.. All I eat is Special K... Ash- that work out will pay off girl, when you get tired thats when you push it to the limit! or u can just pass out...lol.. Also, What type of Detox are you doing? |

Count me in on this challenge... I'ma say 20hrs for Jan. I've done extremely well with working out...(i'm sore as hell from that confusion I created earlier!!).. Usually when I get pissed off, I channel my anger into some form of work out....and I'm a very pissed person majority of the time..LOL..So I might go over 20.. Okay, I guess i'll go do some work or study or something...Work is SLOOWWWW tonight... |

Okay, I'm completely new to this site and I came to the form I need the most..MOTIVATION! I'm 23 and 283lbs... and I'm finally fed the hell up with it!...I'm suppose to be starting this new yr comin, but i'm figuring the sooner the better. As of today I've started changing my eatin habits. My goal weight is 150lb..maybe 145.. I want to keep my curves, just NOT so much of it! So I want to lose 133lbs...and you ladies are true Inspiration! Thank You! Now....SOMEONE HELP ME FIGURE OUT HOW THE HELL TO STAY MOTIVATED!!!!..lol.. I usually start out, watching my calorie intake and workin out and about maybe a 3 weeks into it..yeah that all goes out the window and i'm right back at the drive thru window! |
