On my treadmill at home if I go over 999 calories it rolls over and starts at 1 again...are you sure it wasn't 1534 calories burned? Most treadmills I've used have usually over estimated actual calories burned. |

Hi everyone! I'd also like to join. I just started losing mid December and I'm at 189.6. I was around 200 and I've been slowly dropping, my weigh in this morning took me by complete surprise, down over 10 pounds.

Count me in. I'm 34 and have put on a lot of weight in the last couple of years. I'm 190 lbs and would like to get back down to 130 by Fall. I'm currently counting calories and doing Pilates and Tae bo six times a week.
