If I couldn't exercise?  I'd only want fruits and veggies, some beans.  Oats.

I do eat though!  I eat a lot!  I'm not saying that makes it right or anything, but like, yesterday...

Breakfast:  1 cup of oats, 2 cups unsweetened soymilk, and 2 chopped apples with tbsp of cinnamon (eaten like a cereal)

Lunch:  baked potato with 1/2 an avocado mashed in, 1 cup kidney beans, 2 tomatoes and a huge spinach salad.

Snack:  (and this is my other problem-- eating after 3 or 3:30 induces said stomach problems--so this "snack" is really more of a dinner)  Gallo Pinto (1 cup brown rice, 1 cup blackbeans, 1/2 onion, garlic, spice), 1 broccoli crown, and a bowlful of blueberries.

Trouble is, I walked with my dog for 2 hours in the morning, rode my horse for an hour, rollerbladed for an hour and a half, then walked for another hour and a half before bed.

I love it.  I need to move.  That's my problem.  I have no real fear of eating-- as long as I feel it's healthy.

I know it's not right.  But I don't know how to get over this.

Motivation My problem is that i have to eat a cheat-meal like every 10 days !! Feb 23 2009

Your best bet is to allow yourself some more "decadent" things all through the week so that you don't feel so deprived.  "Decadent" doesn't have to mean bad for you.  It can be as simple as half an avocado.  The fat is healthy fat, and they're full of fibre and vitamins, and you'll feel mentally more satisfied from the fat.  Similar are nuts.  Unsalted, dry roasted nuts will provide you with necessary fat, while giving you a nutritional boost.  For something sweet, try dried figs or raisins.  If you want a dry, crunchy snack, roasted chickpeas are a filling, guilt free indulgence that can be cooked with any seasoning of your choice.
