Heya,

Just putting off my revision for a bit to share some news which made me hyper with happiness last night:

Because of my anorexia, I haven't had a period since Septemberish and last night, I had the lightest of light periods!!!! EEEE! I'm sooo happy!! :D

Anyway, need to carry on with my maths (exam is on Monday and I SUCK at it still) but I'll try to check in this week some more- I'm off for the week 'cos it's half term! :D

P.S. I have the rest of my prom stuff now! Just need to decide what I'm doing with my hair (most are having their hair in a bun with little curled strands escaping from it so not that XD). My shoes are 4 inch platform stilettos! :O

Okay, I have Drama Club in like 10 minutes but: I HAVE DONE MY FRENCH SPEAKING!!!! WOO

I got one of the topics I wanted and the other one was ok, but I was hyperventilating before so the examiner was being uber nice :D

But the roleplay I didn't even get a chnace to look at so I made half of it up and I didn't know what one of the questions was, but ah well! I think I did okay... I hope XD

P.S. Drama Tech rehearsal today! It went so well. I only messed up on bit when we do a count down and stop at 5 but I said 4 as well. Ah well, just can't do it on the day!

Oh man, first exam today, we're officially entering panic zone. So I may not appear for another 37 days (Yes me and my friends are counting down XD). But yeah, 2 hour RE exam today, immediately followed by another 2 hours of drama rehearsal.  I think RE went okay but there were a few questions where I was just sat there staring at the paper blankly.

Urgh, French on Friday and then my first maths paper on Monday and English Lit on the Tuesday Cry Eep.

Gina- Hope they find out what's behind it. And yay for the doc's comment :D
Karen- If you went for your run, I hope you had fun! Laughing I hope your arm/hand thingy is better properly soon!!

Well reply to everyone else when I have the time but it's gone 11 and I'm soooo tired. Time for the land of nod for me. Hope you have a good week and hopefully I'll get caught up soon (if my revision guides haven't eaten me that is)

SurprisedWHAT!? How can you NOT know what Doctor Who iss!!!?

It was originally made in the 60's or something like that but the BBC remade it recently, first with Christopher Eccleston, currently David Tennant (<3) but at the end of the year he'll be replaced by Matt Smith. It's a sci-fi drama but I guess it is British so you may not have it there. And I thought Doctor Who was global! Frown

Soraya- I love going for runs!  But two workouts a day? SealedGood luck! And thanks for keeping your fingers crossed for me! Laughing

Karey- I haven't seen Lost but one of my friends is MAJORLY obsessed with it. And WOW! 3 miles! You go girl!! Laughing

Hey all!!

Tryed to post yesterday, but my computer crashed Cry Ah well, 'tis alive now.
All the h/w got done but I'm MAJORLY freaking about exams now. And I got my grade for my Art Design thing I did a while back: Just on an A, but if the moderators change the marks it may become a B. I really need to revise for my exams. My mum may actually kill me if I don't get good enough marks- my sister got straight A*s.

Anyhoo rant over, will try to catch up later when it's not 11:54 pm. Time for some TLC with DT (as the 10th Doctor of course)

Karey and Karen: Thanks! I will do. I got a new inhaler today to add to my other two so it will hopefully make a difference but I have to go back in a fortnight.

I'm starting to get nervous about exams now- at school we were given a new exam timetable and I have my french in about 2/3 weeks and my RE is only a fortnight away! At least I'm more confident on RE than French XD

Heya!

Urgh today hasn't been too good! My asthma has been acting up a lot recently (going back to the Asthma Clinic tomorrow) and I kinda had a pretty bad asthma attack at school but I didn't want to go to the sickroom or go home or anything so I just stuck it out and it hasn't got any better all day so it's been going on about 6 hours now Surprised But it seems to be a bit better now....

Hey all.

Wow, it seems like forever since I last posted on here. Everything just got completely away from me! So busy with exams and revision and family stress and just general mad teen stuff. Sorry for not keeping up and I don't think I'll be able to really, barely have time to relax now that I'm really starting to have to revise madly. My first exam is only 3 weeks away (french) and I have to memorise about 60 paragraphs for it and my memory sucks with English so I'm pretty much going to be glued to it 24/7 for a while.

In other news, I now have my prom dress!! :D It's really pretty and I'm in love with it. I still need jewellery, makeup, shoes, hairstuff etc etc though :(
And I no longer have a date for it because he now has a girlfriend :( But hey, I can put up with going as a singleton I guess. I mean that's what I thought it was going to be originally anyway.

Heya girlies,

Well, I'm officially healthy- 121lbs, 20.8 BMI. I dunno how I gained that much wieght in one week though cos I've been eating maintenance (by accident though, I was trying not to count) and yet I've gone up about 3-4lbs in about a week. Kind of a shock this morning.

Ah well. And yeah I got the address, ty SorayaLaughing I'd already looked into BEAT but none of their groups are anywhere near me- I live in a pretty quiet small village. But I've been feeling much better about myself these last two days so it's all good Smile

Soraya, your comment almost made me start crying again, but happy tears this time. I don't know how everyone in this group is so amazingly awesome!

I think last night was just a bad night (evidently) but I'm feeling a bit better today. I'm a UK size 8/10 depending... sometimes a 6 (so that's a US 2/4/8 I think).
I don't have a therapist or support system... the only time I tried to talk to my mum about it she just said it was too expensive and there weren't any near anough for it to be worth it. To be honest, this group is the best thing that's happened to me for a long while and you girls really help a lot. I love you all (I'm in a slushy emotional mood, sorry)

Thank you so so much for replying Soraya, you made me feel so much happier already Smile I know i need to get rid of ED, he's just digging his feet in now that I've started doing better, but today I've managed to cut out my morning sesion of cardio and today and yesterday I cut out another section of it. I want to get it down to about 40 mins or so at the most soon so I'm working on it.

Urgh, okay I'm behind on replying and everything but I can't face it atm, sorry.

I feel so utterly unsexy right now. I've just spent about half an hour sobbing in front of my mirror. I was trying on someof my clothes, trying to find some stuff for a costume and I just ended up crying becuase I just looked so fat and bloated and ugly in everything. I just curled up in a ball and cried. I just feel like everything about me is all wrong and I just want it to be right again. I want to be normal and sane. Trying on my clothes shouldn't make me break down. And then, you know, no Valentine things as usual. Cry

I'm sorry I'm such a downer tonight girlies, I hope you're all doing well and I'll try to catch up soon but I love you all and Happy Valentine's Day for yesterday!

Argh life is so scary busy right now! And a bit on the pooey side but hey-ho.
Oh, I got some fish oil/omega-3 capsules today but I couldn't see any evening primrose oil ones Frown I'll try and get them another time. But in other news, my recent weigh-in: 116lbs! I almost have a healthy BMI!! Laughing Just another pound or so! WOO!

karenl81- Totally understand where you're coming from! I'm not going to manage to reply to everyone's but I hope work calms down soon and you have to spend less time there!!

Today: 116-117 (Inaccurate, non-digital scalies Yell)

But I'm now at a BMI of 19.9 (ish) so I'm borderline normal! Woo!

Okay, first thank you for replying so quickly and for the amount- I LOVE THIS GROUP, you're all amazing Laughing

k9- I'll definitely try getting some fish oil and evening primrose oil. Thanks for the suggestion! Laughing I hope you feel better soon!

Soraya- I've been eating a ton of almonds which are meant to be high in vitamin E and I'll try to find some high sources od A and D. What kind of ways could I add in the oil? I haven't used any in ages Undecided I hope your sciatica stops hurting so much soon!!

Gina- I'm not quite sure about my weight, it's been all over the place atm. I'm normally between 112 and 117 and I'm 5ft4. I've been trying to get more protein into my diet and keeping the percentage at about 15-20% which I think is the recommended amount. Should I increase it to a higher percent for now to help my hair? I've started taking a multivitamin/mineral daily but I'll try to find some chewable calcium as well. I'm getting enough calories though, I know that much Laughing Thank you soo much for all the info! I hope you had a good evening! And aww! Cats!! I love cats! (sorry, teenage girl syndrome took over there)
