hey, just finished chest and back. It killed me just because I have a shoulder injury. I bought this before it happend. What a bumber - I'm going to keep going though, I'll do what I can. I think I'll talk to the Dr about it. I didn't get my measurements yet. Boy, am I slacking or what. Anyways, good luck! Hopefully I can log in tomorrow. If not, I'll catch up on the weekend. Bring it! |

this is great!! I'm so glad to hear that there are women doing the program and some that are thinking about it. I'm a little disappointed about my DVD's. I bought them on ebay and realized yesterday that some are badly scratched and will not work so I need to return those. Hopefully they will be replaced soon. I'm going to take my measurements and weight on Jan. 4th and start on the 5th. I hope 2009 is the year I can finally get back into shape and stay there. Anyways, good luck to everyone!! As Tony says, "Bring it" (how corny is that) :-) - I like it. |
