hey, just finished chest and back.  It killed me just because I have a shoulder injury.  I bought this before it happend.  What a bumber - I'm going to keep going though, I'll do what I can.  I think I'll talk to the Dr about it.    I didn't get my measurements yet.  Boy, am I slacking or what.  Anyways,  good luck!  Hopefully I can log in tomorrow.  If not, I'll catch up on the weekend.   Bring it! Wink

this is great!! I'm so glad to hear that there are women doing the program and some that are thinking about it.  I'm a little disappointed about my DVD's.  I bought them on ebay and realized yesterday that some are badly scratched and will not work so I need to return those.  Hopefully they will be replaced soon.   I'm going to take my measurements and weight on Jan. 4th and start on the 5th.  I hope 2009 is the year I can finally get back into shape and stay there.  Anyways,  good luck to everyone!!  As Tony says, "Bring it" (how corny is that) :-)  - I like it.
