I've actually wondered that myself. I go out several times a month (I live in Vegas) with a huge group of friends and sometimes I stay up till 7 am and then wake back up at like 11. I don't like wasting the WHOLE day away. Its bad I know but maybe I'll buy one of those calorie trackers and hook it up to my dress the next time I go out to see how much is burned. I've always wondered how some of those girls stay so skinny. I used to work downtown at the clubs and still have friends that still do and all they do is stay up all night and party all night and still stay SUPER skinny. I don't get it.

I did some modeling last year and I am starting it up again this year to make extra cash. I am not doing the runway type just more lingerie / swimsuit type but I am trying to do more artistic type to build up my portfolio. There are a lot of girls that are models that are not the traditional beautiful type. If you guys wanna learn more, look on the Model Mayhem site and you will learn a lot. Modeling is fun but its different than I thought I was. Sounds dumb, but it is really hard for me not to look like I am pissed in my photos! LOL

So when I was in the military going thru boot camp we only had literally 5 minutes to eat while being yelled at the whole time and we were only allowed to eat what they gave us and finish 3 glasses of water all in 5 minutes. If you didn't finish your water, you risked being the 'center of attention' if you know what I mean. So I got in the habit of drinking all my water first. Well about 4 weeks into training with absolutely no sugar at all...some of us would improvise. We used to take pieces of bread, spread it with butter really fast (while drinking water or stuffing your face with other food at the same time...you get creative ha!) and then when the drill sergeant wasn't looking, pour sugar over it. It became sort of a dessert type thing especially when you needed the extra energy on long runs and marches everywhere. We weren't allowed to eat dessert, and we had a full-up salad bar but that would entail actually getting up from the table and risk being ostracized...lol Not to mention, that took time to actually make a salad and if you remember we only had 5 minutes...hah Also when I lived in England, I got accustomed to eating mayo with french fries. In korea when I lived there, they had pizza with sweet potato in it. My mom used to toast a bagel and top it with cream cheese and strawberry preserves...yummy! My dad eats BLT sandwiches with peanut butter on it. Gross! LOL |

Hey I have the almost exact same measurements as you. Except add an inch to my waist. May I ask how tall you are and your weight? I am 5ft 10 inches and weigh 148... |

I've been trying to figure that out myself because I am a big sweet tea person. I have read a lot about Agave Nectar or cane juice but I am unable to find it anywhere!! |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
