Name:Sarah That .5 really was a smack in the face today..... I wanted so bad to have lost a full 2 pounds. I have been killing myself at the gym everyday. Twice this week I went two times in one day! Oh well.... maybe a better week next week. Good luck everyone! ~Sarah |

Name:Sarah Happy New Year everyone! I have been very good over the holidays.... depriving myself of all the goodies that I like to overindulge in. I did have my cheat days, I had 3 of them. I bumped up my workouts to 60-70 mins a day, getting off of the eliptical! I was doing that every single day. My goal is to get to the gym every day this week. |

If you aren't a good swimmer, you could water walk. My mother in law had knee surgery and did that and ended up loosing a ton of weight! |

Yes.... I feel a little disheartened over the holidays as always but somehow always pull out of it. I know that the thought of exercise kills you but you will feel so much better after. There are plenty of days where my diet has been total "crap" due to the never ending holiday celebrations but I get my behind to the gym and it somehow makes me feel a little bit better. As for your family, I understand completely. My mother in law and sister in law don't exercise what so ever. (They are both morbidly obese) So when I exercise everyday and diet and don't loose immediate weight they just kind of snikker at me. When I go to the gym, they roll their eyes. I am in this battle alone but somehow I find the strength to pack up 3 small children in the winter and get to the gym. All these little jabs at me make me angry and make me work out harder! |
