recycling should be mandatory. there are so many health problems and environmental problems in the world today for not recycling and proper garbage disposal. where i live we have a green bin for food scraps, and a blue bin for paper and plastics, and also the regualr garbage bin for other. werei live you are fined for not recycling. everyone should do there part in recycling because it will help reduce c02 emissons entering the atmosphere and reduce global warming. |

something like that sorta happend, my mom washes and irons alll the bedsheets everfriday and when she went to bed today she said why are my sheets all wrinkley? lol i said i duno shes had a migrane too so i didnt wanna tell her anyways, my brothers went for pizza and just called me to see if i told my parents, i said he would find out himself for being an idiot |

LOL blackmail, has anyone here ever gotten caught in the parents bedroom?? Im 21 and I know that if one of my older brothers caught me I would never hear the end on it, one time he found a piece of a condom wrapper in the car and told my parents! so why shouldnt i say anything now? besides its just wrong! my bf of 4 years doesnt stay over at my place, and his 20 yr old gf having sex in my parents bed no way |

hey, the same thing happend to me. i started taking accutane last year and my doc put me on diane 35 i put on 15 lbs. then he switched me to the depo shot because i always forget ot take my pill, then came another 10lbs. since last year im up 25. try to stay as active as you can. so far 8 lbs of the b/c weight gain.

thanks for the fast replies, yah its the food, my calories stay at those numbers but whats makes the numbers isnt great, i eat way too much cereal than i should and oreos lol. dinner is always something with a ton of veggies and chicken breast but throughout the day i eat too much cereal and not enough fruit and vegetables. |

just keep doing what your doing! 15 kg down is great, stick to it and you will see that they will start to dissappear. Mines have slimmes down by doing more cardio and squats. spin class really helps too! good luck to you |

zumba is wayy fun! if they have it at your gm you should definately try it, its a dance class with spanish music, so the whole class your shakin your bum lol, anyone who has that at their gym should do it. spinning is good too b/c you can go at your own pace, i recently started a couple weeks ago, if you have a good instructor the class can be fun because they motivate you to spin faster and with higher resistance, lol the wednesday instructor is kinda boring lol but mondays tuesdays and thursdays the instructors are awesome. its crazy the ladies are like in their 50's and have amazing bodies!

loli would love to lose 10 lbs in 27 days too ahaha right in time for school! but its probably not gonna happen, until then ill stick to my 1400 calories a day and 5day a week gym sessions which include spinning, either zumba or aerobics and some weight lifting, i plant on starting the NROLFW this week too. good luck my weekly goal, eat no more than 1400 calories per day and GO to the gym at least on day either Fri-Sat or Sunday. good luck this week everone SW 176LBS Monday Aug 10
