good job on taking the stairs and going for a walk Faye! Every little thing counts. Another thing to try in the bathrrom or at your desk is the side standing leg lifts. |

since you're drinking a lot, you're gonna go to the bathroom a lot. Everytime you go to the bathroom, do 20 squats in the stall. I know it sounds odd but it's one way to keep moving. So if you go to the bathroom, say 5 times in 1 day, then you've already done 100 squats that whole day. |

I agree with jenning. For the amount of money that you're going to use to buy those sandwiches, you can probably buy a carton of eggs and bread. You can make your own sandwich and atleast you know what goes in them and you can calculate your calories better. |

Here's a site where it shows you how to make your own almond milk: http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/almondmil k.html I'm not sure how you would calculate the calories. I would think that it's still 7 calories per almond. I might be wrong though. |

If you soak the almonds in water overnight they get a little soft and in the morning you can blend them in the blender. There's your almond milk :) |
