good job on taking the stairs and going for a walk Faye! Every little thing counts. Another thing to try in the bathrrom or at your desk is the side standing leg lifts.

since you're drinking a lot, you're gonna go to the bathroom a lot. Everytime you go to the bathroom, do 20 squats in the stall. I know it sounds odd but it's one way to keep moving. So if you go to the bathroom, say 5 times in 1 day, then you've already done 100 squats that whole day.

I agree with jenning. For the amount of money that you're going to use to buy those sandwiches, you can probably buy a carton of eggs and bread. You can make your own sandwich and atleast you know what goes in them and you can calculate your calories better.

Foods almonds milk Jan 21 2009

Here's a site where it shows you how to make your own almond milk:

I'm not sure how you would calculate the calories. I would think that it's still 7 calories per almond. I might be wrong though.

If you soak the almonds in water overnight they get a little soft and in the morning you can blend them in the blender. There's your almond milk :)
