| Fitness | What would a skinny fat do? | Feb 09 2009 11:10 (UTC) |
|
i have the same issue! i think its just weight training that needs to be upped and protein intake! are you skinny fat from the tummy? and thin elsewhere like me? its because (i think) of low calories and either not exercising or exercising too much to burn it all off. anyone got any other thoughts? |

ok, basically i had a personal training session today and she took measurements and although im underweight, big time in terms of BMI i have a high body fat %. she told me to eat more!! i. e more protein and also do strength training and weights with cardio (not too much of cardio) what i wanted to know, is will this cause my lean muscle mass to increase and therefore decrease the body fat %?? |
