I eat salmon and I live quick food.

In less than 15 minutes (about!) I get a beautifully done fresh fillet by this method:

Place salmon in a high sided baking tray

Cover salmon in water, add 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar and 3 of lemon juice (or add to taste)

Cover top of tray in tin foil and place it on the hob-leave until its boiling

Once boiled, allow to cool a bit with the tin foil stll on

Remove once cooled and serve! I add a sprinkling of pepper on top and sometimes a light mayo! YUM!!! Its fresh, light and TASTY!!

I dropped as low as 119 during the week, but I just post my figure which i read today. 10lbs to go!

I havent checked out that link yet, but I remember someoen once telling me if your body is cold it will store fat to keep you warm....

Well I did yesterday after taking about 3 days off of working out and my arms and I can't believe it my upper abs are burning this time! and when I do the work outs back to back, I dont' have a burn... so I guess it's betteer to take a day off to let me my body reshape itself???? right??? anythoughts to this guys??

My personal trainer as wel las several other people, have always said your body is meant to have 2rest days" to re-coop and "mend" itself etc. Apparently if you do too much your body wont heal and you can get serious problems in the long run.

Well I moved onto the lever 2 yesterday, nice to make a change, but dont really find it any more demanding on the whole, although some of the new moves have me REALLY sweating!

I am doing 9 of 30 this evening!

OK, this is sooo wierd cos I had porridge this morning! First time for years I thought I would have some again! I coated mine in cinnamon with a pinch of sugar to bring out the cinnamon and a handful of raisins! Hmmmmm!

Think I will defo try some of the other suggestions here tho...I fancy apple and cinnamon tomo maybe...great ideas mars_0112!

Well I am on 5/30, level 1, 1.5kg per hand! BUT...last couple of days I havent done it I have been soooo busy at work, and its quite an active job, so I havent worried! Its good to have others helping me keep motivated. O and I did that phord thing as well and that what said i should be at 1270!

Thanks for posting the eating rules, lets see if this will help...also curious to do the calculation and see what SHE thinks I should be aimng for...?!

 

Oooo edit: She says 1580 calories, some other website mentioned here says 1270 and I think CC says 1300-1400! Wow!! Maybe I'll take a happy medium! LOL!

So far I have managed Level 1 everyday this week...

I think over 30 days I will do 10 of L1, 10 of L2 then 10 of L3.

I am only using 1.5Kg weights (so 3kg overall) as my arms REALLY ache, so I am thinking that after doing 30 days with a 3kg combined, I might start again, but with 3Kg in EACH hand! Do the 30 days and then go up to my next weight which is a 5Kg in each hand...lets just see if I can keep motivated lol!!

O, and scales NOT dropping, jsut staying around the same weight. Maybe it will start to drop soon...?

Im from UK! You can stream it from YouTube, thats what i do! Check it now and you'll see...level 1 seems to be a mix of cardio and weights...very good i find!

OK, i NO NOTHING about weight loss, so no doubt i will get slated for saying this lol, but surely you only get a flap if you dont exercise?

I would hazard a guess that if you are throwing in weights and toning exercises, surely your skin would be tightening and holding it all together?! *shrugs*

I havejust done my second day, so I think now will be a good time to join here as well. Have seen lots of reviews by people after doing it for a couple of days, but would like to see the overall results of people over the 30 days!

OK, so stats:

CW - 124 lbs

GW - 110lbs (by May ideally...)

Age: 22

Height: 5'2"

I just wanna have nice lean legs! Instead of my highly out of proportioned body!!

I will be doing this everyday and trying to throw in other activities such as weights, cycling, dance mat etc on top of my everyday activites!

i always have this problem when on treadmills n that, so i bought these

obviously this is UK, but it proves there are cheap ones out there of good audio quality that STAY IN YOUR EARS when jogging!! woop!! Only downside is that i hav REALLY small ears and I found they didnt sit too well, so if you can, go to a store where you can see them for real, and try them on your ears :)
