Oops, I meant to put 1900, ok. My burn meter says 1400 (really is 1900) calories, I am consuming a little under 1000 calories a day and doing well with that as far as not being hungry. I have been trying alot of the recipes on here. So, how long should I be excercising daily to meet that goal?? Thanks for your help!! |

well the tool isn't working so well for me because it tells me that my goal date is too aggressive but that's what I want to work for so how do I figure it keeping the goal date I want, not what the site determines is a good date? |

Hi, I just played with the wii for the first time Saturday and I am still sore! lol. Obviously it's great excercise and I think I am going to buy one. I am just curious, how often do you excercise with it and for how long, etc. 44 lbs is awesome! How long did that take? |
