Brand and Flavor of Yogurt:  Yoplait Light Fat Free, all flavors except White Chocolate Strawberry

Type, Flavor of "Milk":  Any kind of skim will do

Brand and Type of Veggie Burger:  Boca

Flavor and Brand of Icecream Novelty or Treat:  Skinny Cow Mint Sandwiches ROCK!

Brand and Flavor of Crackers:  n/a...a waste of calories if you ask me.

Brand and Flavor of packaged cookies:  Ginger Snaps are great and seem to have the fewest calories that I've found.  And they're big on flavor so you won't eat as many.

Blend of Lettuce (Spring Mix, Romaine, Italian Blend etc):  Butter Lettuce is my favorite...velvety and sweet!

Flavor, type and Brand of Juice:  another calorie waster.  You're better off eating a piece of fruit rather than just the sugar packed juice.  But, if I had to pick one, I'd say grapefruit juice (any brand) because the big flavor makes it easier to drink a small portion.

Flavor and Brand of Salad Dressing:  Wishbone dressing is awesome although lately I'll just mix canola oil w/ apple cider vinegar and some random spices from the cabinet for a quick dressing.

Type and Brand of condiment:  horseradish is great to add big flavor to a sandwich instead of cheese or mayo.

Flavor and Brand of canned soup:

Type and Brand of Pasta:

Type and Brand of Frozen Entree:  Lean Cuisine has some great options that I take to work for lunch.  I just tried a new one which was surprisingly AWESOME:  Butternut Squash Ravioli.  If you like cheese ravioli, you'll love this!

Type, blend and brand of Frozen Veggies:  Ooohhh...brussel sprouts, for sure!  Heat them in the microwave until tender and add just a little canola oil, parmesan cheese and black pepper...mmmmmm

Brand and Type of Chocolate Candy:  dark chocolate hershey kisses...great to limit your portion size if you have self control.

Flavor and Brand of soda:  Diet Cherry 7up and the many flavors of Fresca

Best Mexican grocery product:  fajita size tortillas.  They are smaller than the other ones and are normally only 100 calories each.  Slap some grilled veggies on there with some grilled chicken with a salad for lunch!

Best Asian grocery product:  La Choy canned chicken chow mein is great!  Serve it without rice and it's only like 100 calories per serving!

Best Kosher/Jewish grocery product:

Finally what is your favorite grocery store to go to?  Walmart!  I loved Publix when I lived in FL for the hard to find items but am finding that Walmart usually has everything I'm looking for at the best price.  Rouse's in the New Orleans area is great for their Whole Foods section if you're trying to go organic.

All the Yoplait Light Fat Free yogurts are great, specifically the pie flavored ones!  Key Lime Pie and Lemon Meringue are my favorites.  The Very Cherry is my favorite fruit flavor.  Most are 100 - 110 calories each and are great for an after dinner snack.  I'm bad about waking up for a midnight snack if I don't eat something before bed.
