| Foods | Hibachi restaurant: Am i in trouble? | Jan 09 2009 02:47 (UTC) |

Hibachi food is generally very greasy with very large portions. I also recommend sashimi, even though sushi may sound healthy the rice has a lot of sugar in it. Some things that sashimi offers aren't that "gross" for a first timer, like tamago, which is like a sweet egg with the consistency of tofu, but it's really good! Don't forget to give yourself a day off though! Almost all of the food they serve is whole and healthy, maybe just don't eat the rice or noodles, but the shrimp and chicken etc. instead. The only reason it's bad for you is because of all of the oil it's cooked in, so it wouldn't be ruining your diet to take a day off :) hope you have fun! watch out for the fire |
