sorry i couldnt think of another word besides "binge" when i was asking the question! thanks for all the great advice, i love the idea also of a cheat meal! i just had a bad weekend, didnt count calories one bit, not for just one day either. it went on all weekend! so many picnics/get togethers. |

How long does it take your body or what not to go back to normal after having a baby? I cant wear the hip hugger jeans anymore it feels like my hips have spread alot. I had my son sept 22nd natural he was 9lbs 1oz. |

ok im still at 156! i still feel "thinner" but its just not showing on the scale. Ok now me and dh went out saturday nite for our valentines day seeing how this saturday everywhere will be a madhouse! I had a few beers, and i weighed myself sunday morning. Does that sodium/water weight effect my weight that much? |

So i got off track this past weekend! :( We had my mom keep our 2 lil ones and we went out for the evening. So had some beers (they were LItes) then afterwards had to have my Sheetz stop (there food is the best at 2am) and then my hubbie took me out for a nice greasy breakfast sunday morning! Im defintly paying back for it now, i feel like i gained weight! But me and my mom started taking our Zumba classes again! I love them and I highly recommend them. Can anyone give me an example of what a daily menu would be for yourself! Thanks :) |

Thanks so much for all the great ideas! These were exactly what i was looking for. I wasnt sure how much carbs/protein/fat i was suppose to eat. I aim for a 1500 calories a day. Im cw 156 gw is 135 5'4 28yrs old. These are great menu ideas too thanks! |

ok weighed in today instead of yesterday, and cw is 156, sort of bummed havent lost any/havent gained any. im on my monthly so i dont know if that has to do with it or what! i feel as if ive lost weight, its just not showing on the scale! |

Ive had a good day! Got to do taebo for 10mins then the little one needed fed! Guess 10mins is better than nothing :) Its hard to get any workout in sometimes with an infant! When your due for your period do you gain weight? Ive been at the same weight since last tuesday, but i was figuring it was due to me getting my period. |

hi! i just had baby #2 sept 22nd. my pre pregnancy weight was 140lbs when i had my son my weight was 190lbs. right now im down to 160lbs, my goal weight is 130lbs. i just found this website and am still trying to learn to navigate it lol. im looking for supports! i also have a 3yr old son, so between him and my 3mth old i dont have much time to do much of any exercise! |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
