Hey,


I think it is important to remember as mentioned previously your body weight will fluctuate. With cardio workouts mixing with your low calorie intake your body is converting fat into lean muscle. Muscle weighs more also.


With any exercise daily you should seriously consider increasing your calorie intake. 1200 is the minimum for women and that is in a sedentary state. Walking or any other aerobic exercise increases the rate at which your body (muscles) convert calories to energy over the entire day.

Too little calories daily with any activity will have your body go into starvation mode. And it will start trying to store any energy it can find for long term... aka fat.
