12 gr? That's a lot of sugar for just a bar, South Beach Fiber fit granola bars only have 7gr of sugar and there is no high fructose corn syrup. They're also have 9gr of fiber, I know the bars are the most fiber-y bars out there . :)

I have this $2 off coupons for the bars if any of you want to try it.. :)

Oh yeah - and South Beach Meal Replacement bars are DELICIOUS.  Even the snack bars are tasty.  WAY less sugar than Luna or Cliff bars.

Me too.. I like South Beach Meal bars, my favorites are Chocolate Fudge and Cinnamon Creme..  definitely less sugar but high in proteins so it gives more energy. Has anyone tried their new bars the Mocha and S'mores? It's their new fiber bars, they have more fiber than most fiber bars out there and no high fructose corn syrup. worth to try.. :)

Thai Foods are delicious and I love it! especially Pad Thai and panang cury.. yum and I know mostly asian's food are high in fats and cholesterol because they're mostly stir fry or deep fry. Asian's foods also well known with high sodium from soy sauce and MSG, so eating Thai Foods for a week staright is not good for your body, you'll fell weak and dizzyness from all the sodium that you've been consumed. You should moderate the foods with some greens and fruits... :)
