Relationships last because of different things,two of the most important are trust and compromise.  If he wont compramise on his time out, and he lies to cover his tracks, its in ultimately going to lead to arguments in the future. I don't feel you are telling him what to do. If you said i don't want you hanging out after work at all, then you would be wrong. Lying is one thing that should never happen, because trust is lost, then more and more you start to question the other persons honesty. Time is something you can never get back, and you cant stay with someone just because he has made you happy in your past. If your future doesn't look happy, then you should think about maybe moving on. Make sure you can live with your decision, because if you break up with him, then go back to him, he may try to push the limits more. (because the consequeces were a brief break up, then you came back) Cheer up, 3 1/2 years is a long time, and I know its hard to move on, but the sun will always rise the next day, and you will smile again.....good luck, and I wish you the best..

you have to realise guys dont think the same way women do when it comes to the cleaning and such...(so on that part you may be overreacting a bit) the fact he put the baby to bed without changing her diaper first is about as lazy and selfish as it gets.....anyone wanna sleep all night in poo?!?!?! you have a reason to be furious about that.....

they lick their butt...i know thats how they clean themselves but if you think about it, its really gross...it must taste horrible.....

first of all you should not feel guilty about anything he is doing, his actions are his own, and you have no control over that....your daughter was upset and didn't mean to hurt your feelings about you not providing a father figure, and in my opinion you are!! you are mom AND DAD..and as your daughter grows she will love you and respect you more for all the extra love you gave her to try and fill that void.....give your daughter a big hug for 2 reasons the first is all kids need it and second it sounds like you could use one too!! stay strong and to hell with him if he doesn't realise the gift being a father is.......

I think that from the outside, it can seem inappropriate, but you NEED to get a closer look at the situation before ruining this man's career.

Also, how do you know that he doesn't have a girlfriend or boyfriend at that?  Who CARES if he's not married.. a ton of people don't get married but live with their boyfriend/girlfriend and are very serious about staying with them.

This bothered me.  A LOT.  Don't ruin this poor guy's career over your being neurotic.

 shes not ruining his carrer at all......he is the one who is calling an 8 yr old, its the consequences for HIS ACTIONS....its cool to be close with teachers but at 8?!?! THATS JUST WEIRD!!!

i was the youngest of four, and by a few years because i was unplanned by my parents (a mistake if you wanna be a dick about it....lol)  i used to get teased like crazy, beat up and for most of my youth they had me convinced that i was adopted....the point is, being a kid is hard and you and your sister still have some childish tendencies.....in 5 or 6 years you guys will be really close, you may think that sounds crazy now but chances are it will come true....just keep being you and ignore her for now.......

if you dont want to get the teacher in trouble, (without sounding like a tough guy) i would pay the teacher a visit...tell him this has to stop and if it doesnt there will be far more severe consiquences than him losing his job......this is creepy and way not right, this is how really bad situations start....i say to hell with not wanting to get him in trouble, i would make it known he is talking to 9 year old boys on the phone before the time comes that you wish you would have........

not to sound like a complete jerk or anything, but i would have suspicions if i were you....no guy is gonna do that unless it benefits him in some way....

if someone baught my 15 and 17 year old gin...family or no family i would have called the police.....marriage is a 50/50 situation and if that is not the case, you kinda have to lay down the law...not saying leave, but if your head is barely above water, you cant keep holding her up....she obviously is not to proud to cash daddys checks....let her take care of herself.....
