alle0299...i just wanna agree with u...yes she is an emotional eater..as myself...n i think her speakin out is lettin ppl know that she even being as sucessful as she is...is only human like we all are..n what she says is true..it all boils down to LOVIN URSELF FIRST :) ...if we all loved ourselves the way we should i dont think anyone would have a weight issue..because when u care about someone or something...u do the best to make sure that is protected n cared for....GO OPRAH GO...FOR BEING U :) n being human! |

i totally agree with oprah..usually when someone is over weight...i know at least with myself..u tend to loose...like she says..lovin urself....u have to love urself..i think most ppl tend to their families first...at least i know thats what my problem is...i always put myself at the bottom of the list..n never get anything done that i want to..nor do i ever spend any money on myself...always make excuses that the kids or hubby needs something n that i really can wait..but hey i agree with oprah.....IM LOVIN MYSELF THIS YR :)....yesssssssssss its all about me..i think this yr is finally mine..n i actually started spendin some money on myself..nothing major..but baby steps lol...n i actually feel great about it n i dont want to take it back what i bought which is what i would normally do...i am a mom of 2 kids....both girls...7 n 6 yrs old..n when i lived away from my home town..i looked after 9 kids..yes very busy..n no time for me obviously..:) so...its my turn...time taken for me...n im gonna love it :) i hope u do the same ....tc n have fun with ur weight loss :) |
