Drink flavoured sparkling water to curb the sweet tooth pang or choose deserts such as: Weight Watchers cake bars (all under 100kcals and absolutly gorg) I tend to drink a small cup of hot chocolate if im in a chocolaty mood or have a small piece of 70% cocoa dark chocolate Jellys really good, try low fat jelly with some fruit and a small pot of low fat yogurt (under 100kcals) Skinny Cow do a range of frozen ice lollys (choc chic mint favour etc) they are so so nice and under 100kcals Also frozen smoothie lollys are really good too at under 100kcals and really feel like a treat as they are so nice I love fruit so for me its not difficult to curb my sweet tooth from things such as strawberries / oranges / peaches etc
