nah, it is fat not bloating. I actually have elimated sodium as much as possible from my diet. I've never been a fan of salt anyway. But I still check labels.
But that's the thing, my diet is very healthy and the only thing I drink is water.

| Weight Loss | I'm a sugar druggie. | Feb 26 2009 04:14 (UTC) |

I love sugar too. Really, the best way to avoid it is to get rid of EVERYTHING that has lots of sugar in it. To help me with my cravings, I would eat fruit to help with the craving.
I can now get away with having one thing of candy and having it once in a while. I feel so guilty now if I eat more than I should in the sweets. |

I really didn't see what the big deal was. I understand that they are sad to switch trainers because they have some bonding there, but why is it such a big deal? You are still getting an awesome trainer to lose weight. Suck it up people! |

Just a question for you:
Have you lost inches anywhere? Are you clothes slightly tighter? The number on the scale really doesn't matter, it's the inches that are lost.
Either way, it sounds like you need to mix up your routine. Some people have a harder time losing weight on just one thing. You need to add some weight lifting and other cardio routines to boost your metabolism. |

| Weight Loss | your weight in HIGHSCHOOL | Jan 29 2009 02:50 (UTC) |

I'm 5'5 and when I was in high school I was around 105-110 pounds. It bugs me because I ate more than, than I do now. I knew I was skinny then, everyone always called me a twig. I liked it, and I knew it. College came, and I got to 150 pounds. Doesn't seem like a huge amount for some people, but when you have always been known as the twig and you loved your body, it is really frusterating. But now I am at 140. I want to be at around 120, especially by the time I get married in June. |

I really don't think you should weigh yourself that often because of water weight. It fools everyone and weight flucations happen daily just from water. Don't stress out even if it's over 5 pounds in one day. If you are to weigh yourself, make it every 2 weeks or once a month. We get too caught up on the number and that can make people lose motivation. |
