| Hey its me again, Dy.
*Whew* well, I was hoping that I can be back into the competition. I did a turn-around. For a while there I wasnt being the healthiest but this site has been amazing to me and I have made a complete turnaround. And I have a big healthy plan made up lol So right now I am suppose to be eating 1230 cal per day. But...yeah I was just wondering if I would be allowed back into the comp. I promise to be healthy all the way *scouts honor* |

| The posts usually say that 1200 calories or less puts your body in starvation mode. So I dont think you should go there. But I am not sure. A lot of people here have had success by going the recommended calorie intake. Lol sorry Im not that much of a help Lexy |

| Obsidyan is SUPER right. :D There are tons of pro-ana sites unfortunatly. And they feed a lot of peoples eating disorders, and in some cases they create peoples eating disorders. I have found calorie-count.com AMAZING for me. Every single person on here has been so inspiring to me for losing weight healthily. Lol in the beginning (not too long ago :D) I came on here and I was all "Im fasting!, and Im eating under 500 calories!" and then when everyone was going all crazy on me and saying "thats really unhealthy, and why would you do that to yourself" I realized how crazy my eating habits were and how unhealthy they were. And I want to thank the all you guys who lectured me when I posted that stuff. *sniff* I mean, you didnt just say "that isnt THAT healthy, but if you want do it anyways" you knew that it was REALLY unhealthy and you got your point through.Getting me to smarten up Lol. Just saying Thanks :D *hugs everyone* |

| WOW! You are SO my inspiration to hit the gym more often. I am going to try what you are doing RIGHT NOW! Lol thats just amazing how much you lost. But one question, what is "6 min mile" I am assuming that it means you ran for 6 minutes every 3 days? Lol I have no idea. Please let me know. And what workout did you do? | Im have dark brown hair with dark brown eyes. But where I am about 95% of the people do. Lol you rarely see any blue eyed blondes. But I remember when I moved to a city a while ago for a month it was like ALL blondes with blue eyes. Lol and I would stare at them ALL the time because I realized that no matter HOW long I stare at them for, they all looked alike and if I had to identify them in a crowd I wouldnt be able to. No matter how long I store at them for (Lol they thought I was such a creeper! Lol) I am not trying to offend anyone! Maybe its just because I come from where I come from, and its mostly dark people, with dark hair and dark eyes. Dunno! Lol but yeah, I like my brown hair, I HAVE had thoughts of going blonde but then I realized that brown suits me more (even though my friends try to make me dye it blonde!!!) |

| Wow! Thats got to be awful.
You know, me and my 2 friends (were super duper close) We have an "Emergency word" That we can only use in SUPER emergencies and we cant even joke around with the word! So if one of us starts smoking, or we find out that they are cutting (just examples) That is when we use the emergency word. And we talk about it. I mean when we made up the word we told eachother that they HAVE to listen to this word because when we say it, its filled with EVERY SINGLE ounce of love in our heart. And that we care SOOO SOO much...okay Im kinda getting carried away here, but you get the point What I am trying to get at, is that Eating Disorders are things that are HARD to get out of, trust me on this. And if you just let her know that you REALLY care for her and NEED her to stop this. Like how we do with our word. Then she might stop. And if it doesnt work then please get her some help. Drag her to the councellor. Hope this might help you a bit |

| Okay so I think I started at a 38.5??? I forget anyways. I am leaving for a soccer tournament on Thursday and I will be back on Monday. So....
I am going to be hardcore exercising until Thursday and I am putting myself on a 1200 calorie diet. (I am going to super try hard to make myself get to 1200 a day) Anyways, so when I get back on Monday, or probably the Tuesday after because I will be bagged, I am going to check my sizes again to see if I have went down! I wish you all luck!!!!!! And I am going to check around to see if there are any good workout plans that I can follow. |

| Oh my goodness. I NEED music to exercise. I dont know how people can work out without it. I usually listen to everything. I listen to every single genre there is. But I got a Black Eyed Peas cd this Christmas, and woah! I LOVE it. I mean just the beats are all good for me to get me pumped on the treadmill...which I should be on right now but instead I am on the computer. But yah! I LOVE a lot of the new madonna songs now too. I love "Sorry" "Hung up" and a kinda old one "Die another day" |

| Hey everyone, thanks for the replies. And I am doing everything to be healthy. I am eating meals everyday, its just I have soccer tournament next week and the week after. So I am trying to get in super fit shape. I am exercising lots and trying just to eat really healthy to get in fit shape, and I thought that fruits and veggies would just make me healthier. Trust me everyone I am eating. Lol I mean, I just pigged out! Lol I was having a depressing day so I bought some comfort food hehehe, I know its not healthy but it sure gave my body tons of calories! But thank you everyone for your input. And I think I will stick with my calorie plan the site gave me, but just mostly try to fill it up with fruits and veggies, and use the rest for protein and calcium and stuff like that. Eeekk. Im kinda nervous. Soccer soon...I better get on my treadmill! Please dont worry, I am seriously not trying to post to get people to worry, but I just know that this is the site where everyone knows super lots about health! And know what is best for your body. |

Ack!. I WANT to join because I have been lazing around on my butt so long! And I havent worked out in weeks(well only soccer 2 times a week) So I think if I check up on this post everyday I will get motivated to get my behind back in action! I did measure my bellybutton area :( I hate it, I have HUGE sides. But my upper is way smaller, lol I wish we coulda measured from there. Now I have my measurements somewhere...I just got to look. | I do kind of the same thing. I plan for the next day. And then I have "allowance" So say I make my meal plans and I have about 75 calories left. If I feel snackish between meals, I know I have a few extra calories to munch on something. | |||

| I got sad when I read your post :( Im sorry that you had to go through that. I have decided that I am going to do this a healthy way before I get too deep into my Eating Disorder, luckily for me I am not THAT far in (Thank God!) And I am going to try and get out of it right now. I mean, I am trying really I am! I just ate TONS and I felt okay, and I thought that it would be so easy. But then I got this REALLy full feeling and felt bad again. And I need to take it step by step. Which I am. I am upping my cals slowly and I am pulling myself out of the Eating Disorder site thingies. I thought that I ate tons today but then I realized that I would still be considered eating enough to have my body still in the "starvation mode". But I am trying hard. Thanks for the post Tammy. It made me feel not so....left out kind of. Knowing that Im not the only one that has been going through this. And I am sorry that you had to go through it :( And I appreciate everyones concern. It reminds me what I am doing is NOT normal and safe and I try harder to get myself out. Thanks everyone :) |

| Lol, here I thought I had a little hate group forming.
Well thanks for saying all those nice things obsidyan :) I mean, I know my eating habits arent really healthy, but if you knew what I was doing before, what I am doing now is a step forward. And this site is how to lose weight a healthy way, and I am trying to do that. Its going to be pretty slow, but Im getting there :) Anyways, since there are NO councellors where I am,(the school one doesnt count, I HATE her.) I just have to try and fix things by myself and I think that this site is helping me fix it a bit. I never read the other post that you guys are talking about, but I am guessing that it might have got deleted? :D Anyways, I got to go check out this post to see if its still on. Its the talk of the town! I feel so left out! lol P.S~~Thanks for the hugs ;) |

| *sigh* Okay, I know right now I am probably thought of the worst person ever. And truly and honestly I didnt start a post to stir people up. It was just a question. Now I hope this post doesnt get deleted because I am posting. BUT. I would just like to point out, that this site has been wonderful for trying to get me on track for a healthy lifestyle. And I posted a post about....???oh my goodness, hmmm it was about SOMETHING, hehe, but it mentioned me not trying to lose weight healthily. And then Obsidyan posted back a little rant (that I needed and deserved) but seriously people, my life has been SO screwed up lately and I have NO ONE to talk to about it. Like I mean NO ONE. So I got kind of in a huff and, if you knew what I was going through you would understand. And I tried posting back that I AM trying to be healthy. And I felt kind of upset, but anyways. I am really making this longer than it should be. I just came to say, I am not really that much of a bi*** that I seem to be, life is rough right now. And internet at the time is my only sanctuary and I didnt feel too happy once I found out I had a little hate club, :). But anyways I am over it, and I just thought that I would share my side of the story. Hope this clears up some things. :) |

| Sorry girls, but I am going to have to drop out of the competition. I am going to leave the calorie-count forums. :( I have eating issues, and I do not belong here. I feel so out of place, I WANT to lose healthy and I am trying change my habits slowly, but I really dont belong here right now. Your right *wannabeloser*fasting isnt good, and I am going to sort that issue out soon. Slowly but surely. Readnchick, Lynn, and wannabeloser you guys were real nice to me :D thank you. And maybe when I get a little bit better and sort things out, I can have a healthy competition with you guys ;) |

| Well today was....horrible. I feel so full. It was day 5 of my fast and I wasnt suppose to stop until I got to 159's but I was at 161.4 and I quit. Now I feel horrible. But I realized that I have to change my plan a bit. Mine is too unhealthy and just feeding my eating disorder, sooo I am going to try to do this a little more healthier. I am going to fast only 3 days a week. And then slowly raise my cals, and on the last day before I restart my fast I will have a high of 800-900 cals. (That is just the plan for now!) I ate soo much today its not funny. I had 2 tuna melts *pukes* I wasnt even hungry for the 2nd 1 cup of ice cream A few veggies Some candy I feel SOOOOO sick and I feel like puking! I just find is so hard for me not to eat on weekends, and then I starve myself for 5 days and then eat even MORE on weekends. So that is why I am redoing my plan. I am probably going to fast from Mon-Wed. Anyways I am having a really bad day today. Hope all y'all are doing good! |

Well tomorrow is my last day of the fast! I WAS going to fast for 40 days but then I read some fasting horror stories and I am just going to fast occasionally. But I am SO looking forward to eating on Saturday (well I can eat on Saturday if Im in the 150's) I can only have a few raw veggies, but STILL I really really really want to eat, hehehe. *Christina I am wondering, how much calories does a porkchop have? Because I would LOVE to have one, but right now I have a REALLY low calorie thingie because I am coming off of a fast and I dont want to gain back. Anyways if its under 400 cal I would LOVE one!!! Today I had TONS of juiceboxes and popsicles (because I am sick) ARGH I CANT WAIT UNTIL SATURDAY!!! I can finally eat some brocolli and cauliflour, and celery *drools* I havent eaten in 4 days!! | Hey everyone! ~Christina~ Yeah I know that fasting could be really bad :( but I kind of have food issues right now. Its going to be over soon anyways. :D Thank GOSH its driving me crazy!!! Lol Well I weighed myself today and I was SUPER DUPER happy! but I have to wait to post argh! lol I have lost quite a few llbs this week! And I am very excited because I am almost up to my "lowest weight" which was (158 sadly). All I had today so far was one frozen juice box, but since I am kinda sick I might drink a few more and maybe a popsicle or two, they are real low in calories :) Good luck everyone!~Weight post is tomorrow right? |

| I do!!! wow when I read this, I started counting how many pounds I have to lose to get to my weight. And I realized its about 60!!
I am...164 right now, and trying to get down into the 98-103 range Oh my good gosh. I am on a freaking fast right now! It is day 3 and I feel ready to crack. But I lost about...3-4 llbs! 60 llbs seems like such a huge number of llbs to lose. I am thinking of fasting Mon-Fri and have Sat and Sunday for eating (Under 100 cal) Until I get the weight off. Its going to be hard, but I have major motivation! I shall make it to 100!!!! |

| Lol I feel so weird. I feel like the youngest person on here! I actually just came for the log and everything, but then I decided to post hehe. I just joined today :D But I started changing the way I ate in late February and lost like....10 llbs since then. I have food issues. When I got to a whoppin 176 (Im 5'1) I freaked, and decided to change my life. kinda. Things werent going so well in my life and I just decided to focus on losing weight. Anyways...My goal 164.5-155 (by the end of March)" 155-135 (End of April) 135-119 (End of May) 119-105(End of June) And if I can do that I will definatly go lower. I am actually starting a fast now. Its a pretty long fast, but I am just desperate to lose the weight. Anyways that is my full goal! |
