This sounds like a great idea! If there's room for one more, i would love to participate!! My name is Samantha, I'm 18 and I am a college freshman! Height - 5'10'' Current Weight - 152 Goal Weight - 130 (my goal weight may seem low for my height, but i do have a very small frame) My overall goals are to start eating healthier; more fruits and vegetables and less junk food and anything fried. I also want to start running more and improve my stamina. As welll as get a better body which i hope will bring me more confidence. My motivations include that me and my girls will be spending a week at the beach in June so i def want to look good for that, summer in general and the last being that i want to get a tattoo on my hip bone, but i refuse to do so til i get down to a more resonable weight! |

it took me like 20 pounds before i started getting peoples attention about it. but one thing i noticed is even some of my best friends who i see everyday still haven't said anything, but people i don't see everyday and only see on occasion have noticed alot more. |
